We reached the hotel late at night around 11.45 pm. We had informed about this in advance to the hotel via email and they had sent us self check in instructions and assigned a specific room number (instructing that the room would be open). Upon reaching the place, tired after a long day we were looking for a peaceful night stay. What we had was just the opposite. The room assigned to us was locked and there was somebody else inside. We called the number they had provided via email and thankfully the guy picked up and cooperated. However we were shocked by the fact that he asked us to check every single room in the hotel, and all of them were locked. I felt really bad for the people inside those rooms, imagine what you would feel with somebody trying to open up your room at midnight. The guy then asked us to go to another hotel in the same building called "Night and Day" and asked us to check random rooms there too. Finally we found one that was open and he asked us to use that one for the night. I highly recommend against using this place. It has a good location (right in between the Train Station and the Leaning Tower and next to the river), but terribly mismanaged. Couples should definitely look for some other option.
