Very good customer service, very welcoming and they are available to attend to your inquiries. The room is just right for the price. Very relaxing ambiance away from buildings and noisy streets. During my visit, my room has no hot shower yet but they attended to my request of hot water. Sooner all rooms will have a complete hot and cold shower facilities. Overall, I recommend this place. I will surely come back.

Everything about this place is likable, all the details are thought through. I also liked how affordable it is. Pros: Lovely and relaxing place, complete amenities, accommodating staff, offers ATV, drink bar that opens at night, they have a restaurant (limited menu) Cons: A bit far off from the city center and tricycles are limited to go to and from the malls >staff need better coordination (ex. they don't know what time the receptionist will come, or the person in charge of the cleaning was not informed that a room became available so she wasn't able to accommodate other guests) > their booking system also has issues. For walk-in they do the 12 or 24 hour accommodation, while for online booking via 3rd party platforms (ie. Agoda) they only do the standard 2pm-12noon. It's highly likely that 2 bookings will overlap (it happened to us, we got there 2pm, but our room won't be available until 6:30 pm. good thing we were allowed to stay at a different room so we can rest a bit)

We had lovely stay with this hotel. Staff are nice and polite. They serve delicious food. The location offer great view for Mt Mayon. The room is small though for a couple - maybe okay with solo traveler. But overall, we had a great time in Legazpi!

With few minutes away from Legazpi City proper, the place offers a feel like you've traveled far south to Bicol to enjoy a beautiful view of Mayon, a fresh morning, and a camping-feel bonfire. A value for money property where you can stay for the weekend to take a break from your busy life. However, I suggest that the bedroom light be brighter because it gave me a bit of a headache due to its dim light. Also, I think the bamboo bed is not that sturdy. Thank you for the amazing weekend getaway. Will definitely be back soon!

Superb restaurant. Resort concept is unique and relaxing. Very clean. Staffs are nice. But got a family room which is quite tiny at a pricey deal plus Location is far from kabihasnan. Tiny room, tiny pool. Was not able to do a DIY city tour as transpo is not that accessible and hotel shuttle price is too expensive. Reception needs improvement too for the sake of hotel staffs. Waited for the checkin time there without even an electric fan. If the heat is unbearable for a short time, how much more for the staffs who are there the whole time.

The staff are very accommodating. The place is serene and peaceful. The hotel is quite a bit small and the cr is separated from the room itself because i’ve at cabana(triangle house). Pool also was small, can’t accommodate all the persons who wants to swim. If a traveller was looking for a relaxing space far from the noise of city. I recommend this place.
