I stayed here more than 5 times in couple of years, most of times it was very satisfied. 3rd floor(top floor) room is quite hot in the afternoon, you'd better go out from lunch to dinner at least. 1st and 2nd floor rooms are not that hot, even in 36 degrees/c day. You could feel it's not really clean sometimes, but most of time room was clean enough. Daily room made / Towel changes not done if you stay 3 or more nights, however you could ask for it. Two towels and a toilet paper are are provided.(without soaps anyway.) The cheapest double room include bathroom costs 240 to 350 depends on season. overall, it's worth for money you paid.

Pros: good area, very cheap, staff is friendly and helpful Cons: outdated, not clean, staff were hard to find (no real reception area) We had bed bugs in our bed, we checked at first and didn’t see any obvious signs. Then at 10:30 at night noticed a bug, then found 10 others in the sheets etc. Tried to let staff know, no one to be found. Didn’t sleep well because of it and got several bites. The next day after our tour we told staff, showed pics, they offered a new room ( which didn’t have any bugs), and were very kind, they apologized and seemed genuinely concerned. The second room we stayed needed to be swept and cleaned. Lots of hair and dust on the head board, the place just needs a bit more attention. If you don’t care about a super clean room, then this place was pretty ok. We know bed bugs are a gamble everywhere, so not blaming them, but I think if they cleaned more throughly it could’ve been avoided.

Just my bed was a bit noisy every time I had to move, even one leg. Maybe it was only that room. But anyway thank you,, very nice.

The hostel was split into 3 guesthouses. From what we could gather guesthouse 1 was basic budget, guesthouse 2 was budget and guesthouse 3 was a above budget. The Rooms in guesthouse 2 were very basic 2 twin beds and a bathroom. The shower didn't get hot at all and there were ants all over the guesthouse which I guess comes with an old building. You need to check in at either guesthouse 1 or 3 which isn't made clear when you turn up. The staff are helpful when you check in but they dont really help you out when you checkout. If you are looking for just a room that is cheap and near the main entertainment for the night then this is an OK place to stay

The rooms need renovation. Need new paint and to rip out old electric work. Some rooms have no outlets. Has potential to be good, with a little bit of care.

Sure the room was around 200B, but staying in a dorm would have been a better option. The room didn't feel very secure i think that plays to the area, but there are lots of food and night options if you're into that. I asked the staff how their food was, and she was honest to say its not great, its not bad, and it was cheap. but she was very helpful in pointing me into the direction of good food so that was very satisfying. I was starting to catch a cold, so that could add to my negative views to this place, also the night before I stayed across the street at a classier hotel. for a hefty price.

Overnight stay to meet friends in CM. Clean and comfy with good location in old city. Close to many pubs and restaurants but not overly noisy location

You need to register at the general office across the road. I wasted a lot of time waiting for someone in the front of the hotel. The room was fine.

dirty bedding ,no towels,and the wifi didn't work no matter where you were.
