From the moment we arrived and left the hotel we had nothing but pleasant experiences. Mr. Na, not sure if he was the hotel manager was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. He let us check in early and helped us arrange our transportation needs. And the lady (I forgot to get her name) who was on night duty was also exceptional. She even tried to fix the issue with the bidet by checking on the electrical system on the ceiling. Also, the driver of the van which Mr. Na arranged for us was very kind, polite and helpful. Very good location, facilities and amenities, great staff. We only have good words for YTT. We’ll definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Location is good near to subway and shopping street. There are also a lot of eateries and a convenient store just outside the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Counter staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide daily free breakfast (gimbal set) which is delicious. At the hotel lobby there is a drink dispenser, you can help yourself to drinks like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. There is also ice cubes if you prefer a cold drink. Everything is good about the hotel. Really enjoy our stay hete. Will come back again.

A short stay in busan with 2adults and 2 young kids. (7+13)....booked deluxe twin and was worried about the sleeping space but it was more than adequate and comfortable. It came with a huge jacuzzi. The staffs were all accommodating and they made the stay much more enjoyable. Hotel rate is also reasonable and will return with my family again.

Perfect short trip”
I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights over the holidays. The room was very nice and clean and had everything needed. The window is quite mall, but that is totally fine, since I didn't spend a lot of time there anyways. The rooms are still bright and full of light The breakfast hall was cozy and the food had all essentials needed. Especially welcoming was the very handsome manager of the hotel, who was always quick in offering help. He was very kind and connects well with his guests. The hotel has good connections to bus and train stations. It ain't far from Busan station (takes about 20 minutes to walk there, but you can take the bus too obviously). It's near the habor, Busan Tower and the Lotte Mall. Until next time 👋🏻.

We stayed at YTT hotel for 3 nights. Originally I had booked a king sized bed with a fouton for 2 people but when we arrived the receptionist told us that the room I booked didnt have the fouton in it. He immediately changed our room to a two double sized bed without extra charge. The breakfast was also very good and the staff even printed out our train tickets. The area was also great. Many restaurants, shops, yongsan park and 2 metro stops around the corner. If I were in Busan again I would stay here again!

This boutique hotel has it all. Easy access, super friendly and service oriented staff that speaks and understands English, wonderful rooms and great price. They even stored our luggage for us while we were sight-seeing both before check in and after check out. We stayed on a weekend when all of Busan was booked for a free K-Pop concert (BTS). They rolled at the royal welcome mat for us and the other fans. Such a wonderful experience at the YTT hotel. I recommend it highly.

This hotel is so good for value! The room was large enough for my partner and I to keep open our luggage and the amenities they provide included hair straightener and facial foam! Staff were friendly and always greeted us. 10 minute walk to Busan tower!

I would 100% stay here again. It was very clean, the rooms were pretty roomy for Korean standards, and the staff was really unbelievably kind and helpful. They were always welcoming and would not hesitate to give you great travel advice, call you a taxi or otherwise answer all your questions or accommodate your needs. The breakfast which was included in our package was a steal and the Korean style breakfast with kimbap was delicious. It was all freshly made, the fruit and veggies were fresh and sweet. They even had cereal and milk for my teenager which he loved. The location is very central and you can literally walk to all the nearby sites and the Lotte Department Store is located a little down the street. You never know what you're going to get especially when traveling in a foreign country, but I wholeheartedly recommend this as very good, comfortable accomodations.

For a small little hotel with very competitive pricing, this place punches way above its weight! All the lattes or teas and hot chocolate you care to drink besides their cold & hot water dispenser; a laundry room with washers and dryers (pay 1000krw for detergent enough for 2 loads to use either/both); ironing amenities as well as a microwave if you decide to eat in; a 7-11 across the road and several eateries around. If you aren’t fussy about toiletries, room amenities include a facial foam cleanser besides the more typical items like toothbrush & toothpaste. Most of all, all the front office personnel were very nice, kind and helpful. They really made our stay most enjoyable! 🙏

My stay was very good there. I was with my family and 1 year old daughter. The location is best and the hotel rooms are very clean. Its worth your money. However there is one thing I didn’t like, I arrived at 11.30 am and they told me check in time is 2 pm so you have to pay extra for early check in. Its just 2 hours but they still ask for money and since i am with children i paid. Rest everything is good. Love my stay there.
