It is near everything such as train station , convenience store, restaurant or shopping street. Their receptionists, cats & dog, are adorable. Just the onsen rooms, have to wait for vacanny because it has only 3 rooms

The hotel is located within walking distance from Yufuin station. Only one thing that guest should be aware is the hotel has only shared bathrooms and toilets. But the number of toilet is sufficient enough to cover guests. Amenities are fully provided with free drinks available during stay. Three Onsen rooms are provided and strongly recommended.

Limited Open Air Onsen”
In house Onsen is too heat like not breathable, as they have limited outdoor Onsen. The rest all good. We didn’t book for the breakfast as we left to airport early morning. Room considered is big.

Nice Onsen Hotel in Yufuin”
Regrettably, the rooftop ONSEN with the view was closed for repairs while I was there, but the hotel offered another outdoor onsen free of charge located about 10 minutes walk away at a related hotel (I think same company). The room was fine--wifi worked well, hot water in shower/bath, A/C worked well, etc. Staff was helpful. There was a noisy cat that prowled the stairways in the morning. 9/10, would stay here again.

Great for cat-lovers”
The location is great. It’s 3-min walk to the rail station. The cats pet by the hotel were cute. They keep wandering in the hotel. If you’re not okay with cats, be reminded that they will probably go to your room when you open the door. The bicycles are free to rent. I ride it to Kinrin Lake in the morning within 10 minutes. Downside is the WiFi is hard to connect and the cleanness need to be improved. Also the rooftop onsen was not hot enough. Overall I recommend it.

The hotel is about 8 mins walking distance from Yufu station, very easy to find. Hotel provide bikes (only 4) and almost full day onsen access, which is good. the disadvantage is - there is no booking function for using onsen. needs to consistently checking whether the 3 onsen is available or not via website.

The only advantage was walking distance from Yufuin train station. No early check in as there was no one at the reception before 3pm. No room clean up during my 2 nights stay (clean up your own rubbish). Room area, futon and bed were very dusty. You have to setup your own futon. No worth the price at all.

Lovely hotel with all the facilities you need”
Close to the Village center and the train station, it has a parking lot, 3 onsen, staff was very helpful and there was also an english speaker among the staff. All in all a great experience!

Located on the good Location, not far from Yufuin Station and very close to LAWSON. Very Good Hospitality, reception speak very good English. However, please kindly improve the cleanness of the mattress. And there was some cobweb on the ceiling at the living area.

Had an absolutely best stay here. Loved the private spas with amazing views. Wonderful location in the town. I only stayed here 1 night since we were on a road trip but would want to stay here much longer.

There is no elevator in the hotel. Rooms are on the 2nd floors and above. We stay on the 3rd Floor. My mother is 90 years old and have difficulty in walking. Climbing up the flight of stairs is very tough on her. Will not recommend people with walking difficulty or on wheel chair. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can communicate in English.

All good but you have to plan about when is better time to take a bath because they will say 6-9 pm is a busy time but actually is available time to jump in to onsen not a busy Time ”
All good All good but you have to plan about when is better time to take a bath is was very cold at night and rooftop is good in the afternoon not nighttime because you will never see a good view.
