Wonderful onsen”
Very attentive and wonderful service. The room was surprisingly small but good enough for two. The en-suite onsen was the highlight. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Good location, very convenient with everything, Small room even don’t have enough Spence to put suitcases, but big bathtub with onsen and they offer good quality Aromatherapy with reasonable price.it’s good to stay one night and just relax.

There looks brand new hotel so still many things can be improve, like restaurant menu and settings. The room was clean and nice, but we still can see hair on the table near sink and we perfect shower and tub can be separate will be more better, otherwise the wall already has some peel off....... But we enjoyed hot spring in the hotel room was nice experience in Yilan! Thanks!

The upstairs bedroom makes the living space almost doubled but it is not convenient for elders especially need to go downstairs to use toilet. Next time will book the smaller unit. Breakfast and snack are basic. Good to have drinks all the time. The location is great. Steps from the restaurants and shops.

The room was clean and the hot spring tub was a decent size. There is an afternoon tea that is available from 4 PM - 8 PM. The breakfast is sufficient.

located near shops and night market. hotel provided value meals. room without windows is has a moldy smell and the “open” attic bathroom window is covered with mold. hence not visible to external. room with loft is nice but is not suitable for families with toddlers.
