The hotel is really in the center of Jiaoxi and everything is within walking distance. If you are worried about where to eat, in less than 2/3 minutes of the hotel there is a street filled with options. Bubble tea is everywhere. There was a Philippian in the staff team, that was really nice and her English was really good. They give you snacks at dinner time on last floor. The breakfast is a mixed of what they eat here, but you also have some western options which is perfect.

I really liked Yunoyado Onsen! The main branch is located about 5 mins walking distance away, which is where their massage service is offered. I highly recommend their massage service since it's such a great value for the excellent service that you get. As for this particular branch and its room, it was small but very comfortable and big enough for one or two people. I love that you get natural hot spring water in the shower/tub. The tub isn't the most comfortable to sit in for long though. I'd recommend this or the main branch to anyone visiting Jiaoxi.

The staff was really polite and helped with my every need. Room was clean, but the soundproofing could be better. Parking is directly across from the hotel, but you’ll need to notify the hotel first. About 5 minute walk to the tourist area!

Room with private Onsen, we all enjoy it. Children happy on the varieties of movies provided. Tea time snake served on the top floor, simple & relax with great view. We really like it, just regret that we should stay one more day.

Best hotel for kids and couples”
The rooms are true to pic. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Their customer service was fantastic! Hot spring bath in the room was of a good size that can fit a family of 4. The bathhouse located on Lvl 1 was bigger though. Free afternoon tea daily apart from breakfast and free parking was a plus point for us.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff”
We enjoyed the hotel tremendously. Only feedback was the spread of the breakfast was very limited and the rooftop was supposed to have an open-air foot spa for soaking your feet but it looks like it’s not been used in a long time. Would stay here again but will probably not take the breakfast and lower my expectations on facilities. Room was very clean and nice though.

The breakfast is very simple with bread and porridge. Not much variety. The room is rather small as compare to other hotel in that area. The room is clean and well maintained. A little disappointed comparing the picture provided and the actual room

Not the room that we were expecting as it was shown on the web, was much smaller, cleanliness was normal toilet tap and faucet are not really well maintained. but the location was wonderful and the staff was extremely courteous.

First 2 days was ranining non stop, till the wall has water seepage in, floor was wet. Told the hotel staff, said its an old issue will help to clean up. Small hotel, the lift can only take up to 4 people per trip. Wifi is good. Room is small and clean. Onsen was good. Breakfast spread was simple, homemade garlic spread was good.
