I can't recommend this hotel more enthusiastically. The staff were absolutely wonderful - helpful, cheerful, always accessible. The breakfast was terrific. The room was clean & spacious, with a nice terrace looking out onto the street and over the town. Beds were super comfortable and the room design was arty and cool. I could've stayed for a month - in fact, I might come back and do just that some day!

Excellent room, spacious, comfortable and tastefully designed. Staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Good coffee shop. Good location in Ubon. Not far from Thung Sri Muang, airport, train station. Short drive to Central and shops.

Staff are amazing”
Having a very long stay (18 nights) at the Yuu Hotel I would highly recommend staying here. The facilities are good however it’s the location and staff that make the stay special. Rooms are very good. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom isn’t huge but it’s okay. It’s located close to the city’s park which has fabulous food markets at night. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel has a cafe with good coffee. If you come to Ubon then I’d recommend.

Convenient, clean, & customer oriented!”
I stayed at YUU hotel for 1 night and have only good things to say. There’s a small parking space behind and infront of hotel which is convenient. The location is great with nice local cafes at walking distance. Room is clean & the staffs were super helpful. They have a cafe attached at lobby & great space to chill. Breakfast selection is also good. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing Boutique Hotel”
Absolutely love YUU HOTEL. Booked the king suite and didn't want to leave. We extended our stay in Ubon Ratchathani just so we could stay at YUU longer, we loved it that much. The staff are amazing and are the most friendly and polite staff I have had the pleasure to encounter anywhere I have travelled in the past, including Europe and America. Mr Kot and all the staff here are simply the best. Definitely will come to stay here again.

Yuu Hotel is a good economy hotel (3.5 to 4-star) that has a great location, warm family-run hotel ambience and is very, very clean and hygiene minded. Probably the best hotel in Ubon in terms of price, value, location and cleanliness. Gets 5 stars or a 10/10 from me. With two thumbs up to the owner and staff. I have no links to the hotel and this is my unbiased review. The only thing I would like is for the staff to know a little about the dining in the neighbourhood.

I have been staying regularly in hotels in Ubon for the last eight years and only recently stayed in the YUU Hotel for the first time. The YUU is a gem of a hotel and I wish we had tried it before. Immaculate throughout with the most polite and helpful staff that anyone could ever wish for. Exceptional service from the moment we checked in. We will certainly be making the YUU our priority hotel in the future. Very highly recommended.

Good location, clean and nice room”
Good experience on last day stay in the town. Room is nice and clean. Location near walking street and 15 minutes taking taxi to Airport. All staff is polite and have good service mind. Bathroom is little bit small but still ok for me. In overall very worth money.

Good location for exploring Ubon city”
We splashed on the King's Room. I would call it "old world charm". Lots of helpful staff. Next door is an Italian Restaurant which we didn't try due to lack of time. We took advantage of the free bicycles to roam a bit around the city although you need to mind the traffic. We biked to the Ubon Museum which was somewhat interesting. Within a 20 minute walk are what I would characterize "old school" Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants. You can't go wrong if you simply pick the restaurants with lot of patrons.

RM 510 was excellent! ”
We are happy we stayed a second time! We previously stayed in RM 202 and the bed was uncomfortable and room had a musty smell. RM 510 was super! Fresh, clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to open breakfast at 6:30a instead of 7:00a. Many flights from Ubon Ratchathani leave very early and it would be nice to enjoy some coffee or even the excellent breakfast before leaving for the airport. Thank you YUU staff you always make our stay an excellent one!
