Excellent Hotel
Though the hotel is not located in the most convenient district, it is still easily accessed by taxi from Guangzhou East Station (Ard RMB15 per journey). The room is very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and they even offered 4 pillows. The hotel provided 5-star service, nice and warm reception greeted us when we came back every night, held the lift for us and had no problem communicating with us. Welcome fruits are offered in the room, an apple and a pear everyday, though we didn't actually ate them, but the hospitality is appreciated. The housekeeping staff is honest and professional too. I left my phone on the bed one morning, and when I came back for it, the housekeeping lady was tidying up my room so the door was opened. I walked straight in for my phone that lied on the bed, the lady acted professionally by politely asking me to swipe my room card against the door lock to verified my identity. We really appreciate her honesty and professionalism. One minor thing is that the housekeeping duties were assigned a bit too early (at around 9am). If you do not want to be waken up from your sweet dream in the morning, you may want to hang the Do Not Disturb card outside your door. (The do not disturb button in the room didn't work for us)

Location wise is kinda near shopping malls and such but however walking there is almost impossible
Pros: staffs there are very friendly and efficient to get things done. Breakfast is rather good in favor of Japanese and western style breakfast. Room that are not facing the road are rather quiet and peaceful. There is a mini mart just beside the hotel which food are available whenever we are hungry. Cons: rooms are kinda small or rather in fact it's really small for the price. The room when first checked in the bed sheets are quite dirty with tons of black furs lying on the linen. Dusts on the shelves are also kinda horrible. It seems that the housekeeping department might need to brush up the housekeeping standards. Taller customer like I do, standing 183cm, can see lots of dust lying on the top shelves which it kinda disgust me. Overall: it's a good stay and there are buses with 5-7 stops to the malls. But mrt station will need 20mins of walk to reach.

Excellent Service
Early check-in (at 7am) is possible. Check-out is at 2pm. Staff are well-trained; very polite, accommodating and helpful. Had the best stay here in Yuwa Hotel in Guangzhou.

Great clean hotel with a trained staff!!!
Clean, Excellent Staff and Good Food
This hotel is on par with an English speaking and trained staff. This kind of service is very difficult to find in a hotel this size. I would compare the service to that of a 5 star hotel in China. Excellent job on training the staff!! The hotel was very clean and updated. Sheets, towels, bathroom, room... everything was good!!!
