I have a good stay here. I’ve a stay here for Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2019 & took 10km race at Dataran Merdeka. If you wish to take public transport to this hotel at the earliest time, it’s quite far from MRT (BUKIT BINTANG) around 15-20mins walk & operates at 6am (Mon-Sun & some specials day) & change at Pasar Seni station to take LRT heading to Masjid Jamek station. Dataran Merdeka about 5-7mins walks from this station. I’m sharing this based on my experiences. The hotel management even extend the checkout time from 12pm to 12:30pm as we informed that the event finish late & it takes time for me to reach at the hotel & packing our things for checkout. The hotel was good for stay which clean, a/c provided with conducive space for me to just stay for sleep & rest.

From Imbi LRT station one have to spend at least 20minutes walk and with all the construction going on not at the moment to introduce to friend After finish of the construction yes I would, food store are plenty also with local taste alike Jalan alor

Good: 1. the WiFi internet fast enough to load some movies and watch live news on my own mobile devices, as the hotel don’t have tv channel at all. 2. The water pressure for shower 3. Aircond Not so good: Water dispenser located outside the room at every floor, no kettle in the room. Public Parking needs to pay Overall value for money at this room rate.

Firstly I would like to inform the front desk don't know what is the good thing about of the pudu Raya area..It's looking totally different from the pictures, spider webs every where basically amenities.and I swear the bed sheets there was a blood clot..but I am very lucky that time I call f/o to asking for change the bed sheets.and towels have a stain from previous owners..

Although it is very near shopping mall, it is quite bad stay. Firstly aircon was not optimal. In fact it was more of a fan blowing hot air. Room is big but leaves an odd smell and the bed seems dusty and potentially I suspect bed bugs because I staying there, I went home scratching and having mini bite marks on my arm and lower body. Good thing is outside got water cooler and need card key to use the lift so there's some added security although you can walk up the stairs no problem.

the photos showed in the agoda app is completely different form the actual room. no cabinet to put your clothes They got small TV but totally not working i will recomend this hotel to travellers looking for clean place to stay.

Hotel free carpark no longer available. TV not serviceable throughout my 3 days and unstable wifi connection which required multiple report to reception for router reset.

When I first walk in to the hotel to check in, the front line not really sure of my booking. After checking he told me that he can't see anything. And told me it might be the beside hotel. I will be like I booked this hotel and how it could be the beside hotel. After a while the staff managed to find my booking and proceed with it. I paid to check in early thought worth it. But it is not. The bathroom walls and the shower curtains are really dirty. No toothbrush and Colgate provided. No water heater provided. The wardrobe to hang clothes smells very bad. No tv control provided. The hotel really fail to provide the very basic things for the customers. The sockets to charge are spoiled too. I suppose to stay there for 2 nights. But I decided to check out from the room on the same day around afternoon.
