Great location, lots of bars around the area. Room was very clean and has a fun and relaxed vibe. Will defintely come back again!
I found baby cockroaches in the shower room, staff weren’t that helpful in telling me information about the hostel and I couldn’t sleep because the music was so loud from the rooftop bar and people shouting and I was on the lowest floor
The best hostel I ever stayed in!”
This hostel is perfect. The beds are clean and long enough💪🏽 The aircondition works perfectly. Everyday the staff comes to clean the shower/bathroom and rooms. The restaurant is 24/7 open, you can eat here a lot of different things. The breakfast is good and diverse. Even if you miss breakfast, you still get some free food🙏🏽. The payment system to pay with a rfid chip bracelet is very smart and modern. It speeds up the payment process what results in slower waiting time at the restaurant and bar. The hostel has a rooftop bar with a nice view. It is every day crowded and the perfect place to socialize and meet other travelers. Even people that don’t stay in the hostel come here everyday to have fun. The area of the hostel is very fun, because there are many bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. I would definetly stay here again and suggest this place to other travelers! I stayed here 6 nights and it was a fun and comfortable stay. All the staff that i interacted with are friendly, kind and socialy skilled.
Modern, awesome hostel in the heart of Makati”
This hostel is great, the facilities are new, the beds are big and super comfy, the included breakfast is really good (Toast, jam, peanut butter, eggs (scrambled, fried or cooked), fruits, cereal, oat and one extra savoury dish, coffee, tee and juice). The view from the rooftop bar is quite amazing and the drinks there are normal priced, which is why even locals come there. If you're a light sleeper though, this place might not be for you as you will hear noise from the rooftop bar or the bar downstairs. The hostel is super social though, I met people every morning at breakfast and the rooftop bar is also good for socializing. And if filipino food is not for you, there are tons of awesome Korean restaurants within walking distance, which was a big plus for me!
Nice hostel with a small rooftop bar”
The hostel was very nice and modern, good security and cleanliness. The rooftop bar was nice, a bit overpriced and small, but with great views. The area is secure and there are restaurants, malls and bars around of you need them.
Great Place to Stay!”
The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast was decent. The location is great and there are lots of pubs/restaurants around. The staffs are also very friendly and will cater to your needs are promptly as they can. The roof deck offers a variety of drinks. Although we didnt stay until late night for the party in the rood deck, we can hear the people having lots of fun. :)
Ok for a night”
The hostel is good. But I find it inappropriate for too much outsiders to go up to the rooftop and party. I know that the party is great however if the hostel can limit the number of people coming up EVERY NIGHT! Then I think people who are actually staying at the hostel will go and party and enjoy the rooftop. Me and the other guys who are in the 8beds mix went to Burgos circle because the crowd is overwhelming. And please you guys are getting big bucks from people who stays and party, try to re-paint and change the toilet bowls and sink they looked like 20 people are staying in 8 beds.
I suggest you to have a separate room for men only. Its very akward to see girls inside a room full of men.
I suggest that there are also separate rooms for mens only. Its really awkward to have women in the room full of men.
This is a good place if you want to go partying especially on a weekend. The hostel has a bar on the rooftop but the building is also surrounded by bars. The rooms are not soundproof, so if you want to go to sleep earlier than 2AM, make sure to ask them to give you earplugs. As for the room, it has decent beds with a bathroom inside. I think they should consider putting tiles on the floor and the walls of the bathroom, though, because moss is growing and it's very icky. Also, wouldn't it be great if each bed has privacy curtains? I saw one of my roommates has her titties popped out after a long night of partying.
Great Hostel as long as you end up with clean roommates!”
'Had to switch rooms because there were a couple of guys who (I'm guessing) doesn't believe in taking a shower! Needless to say, it turned the room smelling funky!!! The second room was awesome, less roommates and they did take showers!
busy a bit cramped but perfect location”
in the heart of it all, a great place for 1 or 2 nights and for meeting other travelers
Great spot to stay overnight in Manila ”
Friendly staff, clean hostel, fun rooftop bar, nearby to several late night spots and a dinner marketplace with live music.
2nd time staying and definitely not the last”
This is my second time staying here. I tried other places after the first one just to see and I'll definitely be staying here every time I need to stay in Manila. Location is a good distance from the the airport and Taguig, and is in Makati. The free breakfast is definitely a good deal on top of the very good accomodation you get. The room is secure, very clean and the staff is very accommodating. All I need. Also, I left something in my haste of leaving and they kept my item safe and even offered to send it via LBC. I ended up having a friend pick it up for me and I got that arranged quite smoothly too. This place I will recommend and can assure you is worth your money. ADVICE / Warning: If you are sensitive to noises when sleeping, please request for a room not directly below their bar. It can get noisy and might ruin your experience. :)
It is economical, it is entertaining and it is clean..”
I was on business and bored in the hotel I was staying. So tried this hostel. This is value for money. Hostel is clean, good breakfast, rooftop bar in the evening, 2 member bands every other day , 6 pm sunset session where you get a free cocktail. Staff is friendly and kitchen is clean and 24/7. You get to meet people from different nationality most of them stay for 2 -3 days. Flip side - if you are a light sleeper it is not for you because it will be noisy most of the nights. Day time there is pin drop silence. Having said that, I would recommend to everyone . Just try it and you will not be disappointed.
Pros: very clean, spacious, facilities working fine, comfy beds, lockers, rooftop bar, tours, helpful staff, buffet style breakfast is included, locals frequent the rooftop bar Cons: on the expensive side, 1 bathroom/shower for a room of 8
Really nice hostel! It was very clean and comes with things like robes. The storage was enough space for my suitcase and backpack. The cafe served breakfast in the morning that was fresh and great! There are bars right next to the hostel so it gets loud at night but it’s nice to have the social scene nearby. Loved this hostel! I will say th Location was far from instramuros and other things I did
We booked six bunk beds in a room. The room is full of dust on floor, some leftover in the sink, cockroach running around, noises from the street was really loud and disturbing till dawn. We also visited the shared bathroom at 2nd floor in the morning, it smells unpleasantly with strong scent of urine. Besides, a thin layer of sheet cover provided should definitely consider to replace by a proper blanket instead. Other than this, breakfast is fine and reception is helpful too.
Fun party hostel but also clean, comfy and friendly! ”
Very clean, supervisors checked that the room was clean after the cleaners. Rooftop bar is a great place to socialise with a fantastic view! Female only dorm is just below rooftop bar so be aware it will be very noisy, but for me that was OK. Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast with Filipino and western options available. In the female dorm there is an on suite, air con, amazing view and dressing gowns! If you have a choice ask to not be on the top bunk where the air con machine is as it is quite noisy and you would probably get too cold. I would definately recommend this hostel for the and will be returning there soon when I pass through Makati.
Great breakfast Good wifi Nice café to hang out Big lockers Good hot shower
