Positive: Hotel is located in a very good location, There are many good restaurants nearby, Juhu beach etc. Rooms are spacious with king-size bed, fully functioning kitchen. Decent breakfast, polite and kind staff. Negative: Cleaning wasn't effective. At the time of check-in, the room floor and tables were dirty, Stained on the floor, not vacuumed it well. The TV was not working, I complained to the reception but didn't get fixed. fixed it on the second attempt. The breakfast experience wasn't that good. The staff got confused easily, not effective. Loud noise from nearby area/ground used for events and marriages could make you uncomfortable, especially when you are travelling with kids, couldn't sleep. But that is nothing to do with the Hotel. We didn't get the key for the room during our stay of 5 nights cause their system was not working. So had to wait for assistance every time. Otherwise, we had a nice time.

A spacious place to stay with good amenities and low service standards!”
What was good? The rooms are spacious, well lit, great amenities to stay with; it's a good studio apartment with nice interiors and appliances What was bad? A couple of things just put us off: 1. Their room service was just the opposite; took 3 calls to get a sheet for the iron board; requested for 2 water bottles and were given only one - stating hotel policy to give one bottle a day. Who gives the authority to the staff to decide on behalf of the guests and that too for a basic amenity called Water Bottle? 2. The front office had no idea about services nearby. Looked like puppets had been brought in to serve the guests who had no idea on how to be courteous and help with the guest requests; 3. Call the housekeeping and it goes to front office; call in room dining and they transfer to accounts for house keeping... Service standards to dogs.. no luxury class at all there! 4. Requested for a vase with some flowers - they didn't have even one to spare! Luxury Residences? Really?

A pleasant surprise”
I took a chance by stepping out of the usual list of brand-name hotels, and to be honest, I was not expecting much. I've never been so happy to be so wrong! The facilities, security, and the rooms were easily on par with any 4 star, the rooftop pool was sparkling clean, and whereas the room service was a little slow and overpriced, I don't really have a genuine complaint.

The hotel is nice, good location, room is large. The internet didn’t work during my stay, and I brought it to the attention of the staff multiple times. I wouldn’t stay at this property if you need to work or be connected

I stayed at oakwood for 3 nights and my stay was excellant. all the amentities are available at the kitchen and the rooms. felt at home and did not find my self requesting for more. Excellant, Excellant and Excellant stay.

Good rooms with big size both room. They ha e a penthouse with 4 bed room hall kitchen and all where 8 to 11 people can stay. Breakfast is little sad. Otherwise the food is very tasty. Guest friendly places.

Had stayed in room205, noticed the door to the room wouldn’t shut and could be pulled open at any given time, we must have informed the front desk over 3 times before someone came in to check the same but couldn’t rectify the problem, fortunately after day 2 of our stay we were given another room 206. Besides the microwave door was also an issue. In general, as the booking was done a month prior, few things to take care when there is a couple staying in, all amenities should be doubled like towels etc. The complete crockery & kitchenware should be placed in room prior, we had to call several times for plates, forks, pan etc which also took over 10 - 15mins to be delivered. The in-room dining menu doesn’t have many options but the rates are just too exorbitant, should consider revising. Overall average stay, a simple call/gesture from the front office team to empathise would have gone a long way. Thank you!

The property is really great! But I would suggest to improve the service 1) At breakfast the service of it was too late and there were Dosa at breakfast so we had ordered him for it But it Really took alot of time, we had order 2 of it but just 1came and when we asked for the 2nd Dosa they said no we have not made it yet this was the answer after 20min secondly staff were very less so if you need something one has to wait till the staff comes from the kitchen so in short staff couldn't give the ordered place 2) The receptionist lady could not attend any guest properly I had to checkout n clear my bill she said she doesn't have change not even 50Rs and 1rupee But anyways we tried to arrange for some change and gave it to her rather than contacting to her head or someone else

The quality of service and apartment have deteriorated. The breakfast spread, the carpet smell in the room, overall not a very pleasant experience. We have always been staying here since last few years, but this time was the worst.

I asked for non smoking room , they did not provide me one. Lift was not working, ventilation problem is there ,it feels suffocating in corridor as they do not keep AC on. Staff is not at all co operative .hotel is an old property.
