We got upgraded to a bigger room, so the space is amazing. the room itself is nice and clean, the Bed was comfy, we don't really have any view but it's fine. if you reserved without breakfast, each pax cost 100K IDR, but the choice of menu is just Okay the pool was super cold. but if you're looking for a hotel to just sleep in, this hotel is more than enough

Old and need some maintenance ”
For sure this is an old hotel that need some maintenance but in my own personal opinion, it's lack of maintenance. Arrangement of the room rather odd for a hotel.

Poor hotel !”
I stayed there for 2days during CNY with 2 of my children..I decided to stay there after I seen the good reviews from others..But what we have got in there was really disappointing...Well,the hotel looks nice from outside with the Roman Palace decorations..The bedroom was actually nice(deluxe room) however the room floor was very dirty&the bathroom was awful too. My hubby&1 of my children who got allergic with dust directly got the runny nose& suffer from itch after entering the room.The warm water does not always ready&we need to ask to the receptionist everytime we need the warm water. There was also problems with the TV channels in the room where I stated..There is no sound on the TV and I only can see RCTI..Then,in the next morning I complained to the hotel receptions,they moved us to another room.This time the TV cable is better.But still the warm water is not always ready &the bathroom is still very dirty..If only the hotel staff pay attention to the cleanliness as well as keeping the good service,I think this hotel will be a comfort stay..Because they have a good view and near many tourist attractions.

3 star hotel with many facilities ”
We go there few days before peak season, so lucky us still have good price for standard room . The room quite big and cozy. 'Mushola', kids and adult pool, jogging track and also futsal available there. Don't worry about the food, if you want to enjoy the room just call 'g**ood' to order your favourite one. Museum Angkut also only minutes from hotel

I was accidently choosing this hotel at night. Because in my other hotel with my family there is not enough extra bed left. So i have no choice i must book other room with the price is cheaper compare to the extra bed in my previous hotel. The hotel is nice its worth for money.

Good Hotel, Good Location, but needs some improvement to keep up with newer hotels”
I had my friend's reference to stay in this hotel due to its location. So, overall I am okay with the hotel. The value for money is as expected. However, my visit was during the peak season of year end and I booked multiple rooms. The complaint was the mis-coordination between the hotel staffs in placing our rooms to be closer together. It's eventually fixed after couple of complaint which they could do earlier. overall, like I said, it is still located great for you who plan to visit JTP 1-3.

The hotel is not adequate to be called 4s. The hotel is old and not big, the room is quiet big but no tv channels that can be watched (all broken, call the engineer to fix but nothing better - just excuse), hot water not working (call engineer everytime), wifi is also broken, towel looks old, even I have to pay to borrowing a bowl (this is first time in my life staying in the hotel). Overall, dissapointed to stay 4d in this hotel.
