Secara umum boleh dikategorikan sebagai memuaskan sahaja. Perkhidmatan, kekemasan dan kebersihan bilik dan ruangan perlu diperbaiki serta dipertingkatkan. Sinki dapur mudah tersumbat, soket elektrik perlu dibaiki kerana ada yang mengalami kerosakan dan jubin lantai di dapur pecah perlu diperbaiki terlebih dahulu. Perlu dibuat renovation dan pembaikan terlebih dahulu.
