It is just across the street from RCA, so it is convenient for late night clubbers. Simple but very decent bedroom, clean and spacious.

Very good hotel for those who need to be in the business area of Bangkok (BKK). Near Central World and the BTS. Night market across the hotel and lots of taxis. Hotel is much cheaper compared to other hotels in the area but definitely worth the 4 star rating. There's even 2 Thai employees that speak Dutch and German. My stay felt very pleasant. Sadly the rooftop bar is currently closed because of Covid and there's no swimming pool. Therefore it is a hotel that is more targeted towards business people or people who really need an affordable hotel in this area of BKK.

Great place. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is decent Staff is friendly. Didn’t particularly care for the location as it is on a busy street with little to no side walk. Other than that would stay here again.

Took the suite here, the hotel was a small, cozy one overall - the location is not that great - would definitely need to take a cab to get anywhere, also the staff at the hotel is bare bores and they didn't have breakfast when I stayed here. They take 1000 baht as deposit to ensure there's no damage to the hotel.

Overall stay is quite good. We have a peaceful sleep. Room is small but clean and comfy. Friendly staffs. Good locations for those who have cars (if you wanna go inside the city). However, the hotel is not running full services which makes it not value for money we spent. Rooftop bar is temporarily closed (not sure when it will be reopen). Welcome drinks not available. Hotel information on Agoda is quite outdated. More updates on social platforms are needed.

Unprepared for guests”
Overall, the hotel was very average. But what was upsetting was how long it took for my room to be ready. I booked a flight intentionally in the afternoon so I could arrive and immediately rest in the room. I got there at 3:30pm, as check in was at 2pm. The room was not ready, and it took 90 minutes of sitting in the lobby until it was ready. 5pm is not an acceptable check in time, and there was no attempt to make the situation right. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that had their rooms ready on time. Might as well choose something else in my opinion.

Feel like stay at home ”
Had extended stay for a medical treatment recovering for 1 more night. I used to stay in several hotel nearby this area BUT not so many hotel had a good take to the guest like you are in the part of their family. This is a reason why I've decided to stay 1 more before fly back to my homeland...And of course I have booked my room again with Zazz urban Bangkok for 4 nights this coming December !! Greeted with friendly staffs and were given a drink and a small portion of ice cream that was delicious. The room and the toilets are clean. There were no toothbrush kit. They have not only shampoo and body wash, they have conditioner as well. There is a hairdryer. Had minimal English channels on TV. They have a variety of choices for their room service foods. All their rooms are non-smoking rooms, only allowed to smoke outside the hotel or at the rooftop bar. Went to their rooftop bar, awesome view and awesome service. The location of the hotel is opposite of a market called Proud Market which only opens at night. There is a small mall nearby called ShowDC. But it is about 15 minutes by taxi to the main shopping area like MBK Mall or other night markets. The hotel is quiet so if you need a hotel which is very calming u can choose this hotel. I booked a 3 days 2 nights with this hotel but decided to extend another day through Agoda as well. Highly recommended hotel!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

I stayed during Songkarn for 4 night. Overall it’s a good time here. Pros; New Room / Convenience / Clean / friendly staffs / Good food / Very nice sky bar. Cons; Small Room / Smell New / Not full services hotel - Only daytime services / Food & Drink is a bit high price for small hotel. 200 Baht charged for Laundry Bag.

Coming to stay in this hotel because the hotel that I used to stay nearby was fully booked, and we find another place closest that area. Finally we found this hotel. Hotel itself not that big, I feel like a boutique hotel in term of decoration at the lobby, hotel not to crowded good for us coming for a medical treatment. upon arrival all staff very helpful, care, and polite. A Wonderful Vacation”
Although there were some issues in the beginning of the visit at the hotel, the staffs and general manager were very helpful and friendly. They were tentative in providing alternative solutions which gave us a pleasant stay in the end. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The suit is perfect for two people stay.
