The villas are really beyond our expectation. Spacious room, well tidied and thoroughly cleaned each day. Amazing spread of breakfast that features western, local food, yoghurt and fruits. Great friendly staff. Thuong is the highlight of our trip. He provided us with amazing recommendations and took really good care of us during our stay. We very much look forward to meeting him back at the villa each day. Thanks Thuong, our trip is brighten up all because of you.

Amazing Villa! ”
Wow! Zen villas is a perfect place to relax and unwind with plenty of options around you! The rooms are excellent, swimming pool is Devine and the breakfast is the best I’ve had in Vietnam! The host is a wealth of knowledge, speaks excellent English and was so helpful suggesting things to do and helping arrange them. I would highly recommend the Zen villa and I would not stay anywhere else in Hoi An!

Location is great, not too far from the old town. They should have more option for breakfast. Room was ok for the price. The only thing that wasn't good is when you take a shower the water would go out that makes the whole restroom wet and slippery.

Though the location is a distance away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, and a few Grab drivers tend to miss it, still a great stay if you prefer a quieter resting spot. The service staff was great. Love the freshly prepared daily breakfast, especially the local noodle (though variety may not be their strong suit, but it's okay). Room is clean, spacious, and bright. Thanks, Vy and team who made our stay enjoyable.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helped us with with everything. Breakfast was served and tasty. Room was clean and big. Better take the free bikes to center because it's 15min by foot. The street in front of the hotel is very noisy over the day. Overall we had as nice stay.

They always have home made juice, yoghurt and jams which is a nice touch Cons: - Bit far from the old town, about 15 min walk but they have bikes you can borrow and grabs are cheap

The room is alright, spacious and clean but the view from the balcony is not good and noisy, early hours in the morning you can hear vehicles passing by and ducks quacking and roosters crowing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will give recommendations on where to eat and go for tours upon checking in. Breakfast is good.

The Zen Villa Boutique Hotel is located about a 20 min walk or 15,000 VTD taxi ride from the market in the Ancient Village of Hoi An. Being away from the hustle and noise is a blessing. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed everything immensely. Here are some random observations: The hotel is 1.5 years old, has 9 suites and is run by a caring family. It seems Vien and her team painstakingly planned all the details when designing this hotel and it shows. The pool gets morning sun and filtered light after that. The hallways catch a breeze. The balconies are set back from each other so each is private. The meditation room is a masterpiece. The air conditioning in the rooms is strong and easy to set. We found the hotel very quiet. Rooms all have a safe. The bath was amazing. Flatscreen tv provided, though we didn’t turn it on. The place has a quiet and healthy vibe.

Best place to stay in Hoi An”
It was my best stay in Hoi An. All the staffs were so polite and friendly and room was clean and has very nice balcony with nice view. I requested many things for my special trip and they responsed very quick and prepared all my requests. I really appreciate for everything. If anyone who would like to stay very quiet and nice place near Hoi An center, Zen boutique villa is best place to stay.

Amazing villa wirj exceptional staff”
We arrived for a two day stay in Hoi An. We requested the top floor if possible overlooking the rice fields, and found that we received exactly that. The room was incredibly spacious and modern, the bath room was every girls dream with a massive centerpiece bath. The staff, To (not sure if that's how you spell it), was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt very welcome as he mentioned that he loved Australia and recommended the best dining and nightlife in the city center. He also helped us book a train ticket last minute and retrieveed a lost phone! Thank you To!! The villa was a short bike ride (complimentary hire) or 5 minute car ride to the central market, where you can enjoy local shops and the ancient old town. We highly recommend and will be coming back!

If you go to Hoi An and are looking for a clean simple spot to stay at, this is the place for you even though i strongly recommend you to stay in a little villa up on the beach as it may be a little far away from the city center, but is very much worth the ride. Tue Hotel room looked exactly as depicted in the pictures. The room was spacious, neat and very simple. It can sometimes be a little hard to spot it when driving through that road. The staff was very friendly. Everything was impecable

Location is great, about 10 minutes drive from Hoi An ancienty city. Room is perfect. Staff is very helpful & friendly. On second morning while we out earlier than breakfast time, staff prepare take away breakfast for us. Breakfast is superb, variety of fruit, homemade yogurt , fresh juice & some hot food. Really feel warm & like home. Sure will come back again.

Great place with the best bed!”
We were very welcomed by the nice staff (but also offered us way too many Tours at the beginning which was kind of overwhelming after a longer trip). Room was very well designed, super clean and probably the best bed we’ve had in Vietnam so far, it’s just amazing! Breakfast is super good and although the location is not super in the center, we liked that even more as the hotel offers free bicycles to go everywhere around which is just beautiful - you feel very independent. Would definitely come back again!

Great hotel for a great price”
Nice rooms and nice hotel overall. Only con is that the door to the room does not completely seal so there were some small bugs in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had during our month long stay in Southeast Asia (although some more bacon would be great as one piece is a bit of a tease).
