Cost-effective choice ”
Went to Baler overnight for a wedding. Its location is really accessible to the public market, bus or van terminal, and the church (five-minute tricycle ride), even Sabang. Amenities are pretty basic. Standard rooms can fit more than three people inside though the aircon might be too small to cool the room. Note that standard rooms at Zen Breezeland have a common rest room so if you’re not comfortable with this set-up, consider this one. The staff are warm and accommodating. Even before I got to the hotel, they were timely with their responses over text.

Very good”
Zen Breezelands is a big 3 story house with lots of rooms. We stayed in one of the master suites with a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, there was hot showers, the plumbing worked well, the air con was good enough although we hardly used it. When we arrived the communal kitchen on the 3rd floor was a little dirty and not working properly, but after bringing it to the owner's attention it was quickly resolved and much to our liking. The bathroom in our room was also a little dirty in spots but nothing gross. A quick wipe down and it was fine. We received clean linens and towels twice during our 5 day stay. The staff was very kind, attentive, and accommodating. There is a big market across the street where you can find all kinds of produce. The property is located in the heart of town right next to both bus terminals. It is a quick 10 minute trike (motor-tricycle) ride to the beach. The decor of the building is very charming. A real value compared to beach front hotels.

If you're on a budget in Baler, this is a good place to stay. No frills. Clean and accessible. Just a 5 minutes walk from the bus terminal. You can also easily hail a tricycle to tour Baler for 800 pesos the whole day.

Great hotel for a Filipino family.”
The hotel was not easy to find - the easiest thing to say is that it is opposite the town market. The rooms are up steep stairs but were clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is that the rooms have direct access to a kitchen and living room area making it ideal for families. It is however not near to the beach which is a major drawback.

felt like home away from home”
Comfortable and clean. No ipis! We would recommend for visitors who want to stay in town, near the market. We felt like we were visiting family and not staying in a hotel. One feels that Management thinks of the comfort of visitors, providing kitchen areas and utensils. One can cook and even grill up on the terrace. We were the only ones there, so it was quiet and private. Don't know though how it would be if all rooms were occupied and the karaoke on! Were we lucky??

Good place in Baler”
I booked this place during the off peak season so I got a huge discount. At first I was greatly impressed by the hotel's gesture of allowing us to use a bigger room (good for 3) instead of 2 (which I booked), but when we were inside our room for a while, we realised that the air conditioning wasn't enough to cool down the whole room. We didn't have a good night sleep coz of that. Nonetheless, it was a good place coz we literally owned the whole floor with the rest of its amenities.

It was a simple hotel, nothing fancy. It was cheap and my family went there since we planned to visit the beach in baler. It was clean, with a very cheap price. If you are looking for a place to stay for a day or 2 this can be the hotel for you. Very simple, neat, quiet and nice as well.

The place is very near market, and any other tourist attractions, the rooms are big and clean, and rhe staff are so accommodating. There is a kitchen where we cooked our lunch and breakfast the day after, we were so confortable staying there. The wifi is fast. I will recommend my family and friends to stay there.

With clean rooms and facilities. Location wise, near everything a walk away from the market, genesis/joy bus terminal souvenir shops and 5 minutes ride to the church, museum and beach. Plus we're able to cook our own food with free use of the kitchen with complete set of utensils.

Place is clean and the owner is friendly and accomodating. We booked for a single room but she allowed us to used thier other room which has 2 beds when she saw my kids pra mas comfortable yung stay namen. It is recommendable👌

Better than what I had imagined”
It was what I booked at the last minute since most of the cheap hotels/transient house near Sabang beach are all fully booked. They have clean room complete with complementary water and coffee. Bath is shared but it's clean (very important). The only slight problem that I encounter is that they don't have mirror inside the room. You have to get out of the room which I find inconvinient. But the whole place is great! I won't mind coming back here.

Highlight of our stay here is -you can cook freely in the kitchen upstairs which for me is wonderful! plus its directly in front of the public market, so no sweat buying ingredients. Also the bus (or van) terminal is also just right at the public market (very much a walking distance). You need to take tryk to go the beach which is fine 5mins top. The property staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly.

As planned we arrive earlier than the standard check in time, and they allowed us to stay in our room since there's no one currently using it, same thing as they allowed us to stay longer til 2:30 since our departure going back to manila is at 3pm. They allowed you to use the ref as well. The place is just walking distance from bus station, though you have to take a tricycle going to the beach. I could say that this place is really worth it :)

Last Minute good decision booking”
Few steps from the bus terminal and infront of the public market, with souvenir shop and the good thing is theres a generator. So i was able to sleep the whole night still with a/c even though the whole town has no lights.

Cool to stay”
I like the place, its near the market. They let you borrow their stove, plates and utensils. The bed was ok, the room was simple. The internet was slow. The personnel were accommodating.
