Awesome place”
Had a last minute plan to staycation after the wedding. The room was small for 5 of us but we had enjoyed the stay. Thanks to Eika that had to help us with extra pillows. The view of KLCC was breathtaking, infinity pool awesome, WiFi speed good except for my room cant access Netflix huhu, bathroom, and other facilities was awesome. Did even notice it was too small for us LOL

Great staff, great room with all you need. TV, online streaming, WiFi. Big, lightly and clean. Swimming pool and gym access at 48 level. Restaurant at level 8. Best stay in KL.

Great Disappointment With Very Bad Stay-Experience. Won't Return”
1) SMELLY room - The whole room lingered with SEWAGE FOUL SMELL thru out the stay. 2) Both Swimming Pools were CLOSED for maintenance works during stay without prior notice given at the point of booking. 3) NO reception counter for check-in & check out.Have to search everywhere for it. 4) NO Parking at the hotel premise. 5) Very POOR sound proofing .Neighbour turned on TV at full blast volume during midnight. 6) Poor quality Divan that make noise with slightest movement on mattress. 7) Shower gel container that was Empty.Poor Housekeeping & Maintenance.

Ni resident tau dia buat konsep homestay. Bila uols order baru staff dia dtg hantar kunci. No receptionist. Staff dia ok. Hantar sampai bilik siap ajar cara bukak pintu smua. Naik lift pun kena touch pakai kad tau. Takleh parking kat dlm. Tp dekat je pun walau parking kat luar. Myfriend booking dgn management lain dpt parking tp kena byr deposit rm300. Diorg ada je receptionist. Tp bilik diorg x best. Dgn zen home ni bilik i dpt ada free mineral water. Free wifi. Tv siap ada byk movie. Takde bilik yg mengadap klcc ke kl tower k. I dapat yg mengadap sungai. Okla. Time check out staff dia tunggu kat lobi nak ambik kunci. Bilik dia luas semua ok 5 bintang saya bagi. Cumaaaa toilet dia transparent. Seb baik ada bilik dia blh tutup. So time nak mandi smua kena duduk kat ruang tamu bilik kena kunci dari dlm. Klw tak free show la. Ok sekian review saya.
