No hot water for 6 nights and no offer to move apartments or refund,no words sum the nightmare up ,”

Location was perfect
Had no hot water and nobody was sent to see what the fault was till the day I left they sent a cleaner,both times I have had my deposit taken and when speaking to staff about the issue via telephone they were very rude one hung the phone up they also advised me they would give late check out for free and charged me,you can not see staff members they only message you or you can call them but they don’t always answer,would not recommend staying as £200 deposit on top of what you pay to stay is a lot for to be taken

Comfy bed and cosy once we warmed it up with a portable heater.
Freezing cold in the apartment, heaters didnt work. Building Not very safe. Lots of people hanging about outside smoking on Fri and Sat nights before clubbing. Open access. Car park looked in the middle of construction. Sensor lights go dark even when your unloading your boot so pitch black.

Size of apartment and comfort of beds. Lounge furniture and kitchen well appointed. Easy walk into City. Secure parking. Concierge (zen) very responsive to email questions.
Lack of kitchen pots and pans. Boiler had to be operated manually using boost function to obtain hot water.

The app was very clean. It had everything you need for a few days away. Once the heaters were on it warmed up nicely.
The mattress is so uncomfortable. You can feel the springs so not a good sleep. Would recommend putting a bowl in the sink as the plug doesn't work for you to soak the dishes. Also could do with a mirror in the bedroom over a plug socket to do your hair. Only minimal recommendations but would go a long way.

lack of instructions for how to use heating hot water / ect this was in no way a luxury apartment. The laminate flooring has all pulled apart in the hallway and is spongy and bouncy. The carpet was not hoovered. As we was told it was hoovered. The radiator in the bathroom was rusty and the sink in the bathroom was cracked. The grout in the tiles is all falling out and there was screws in the architraves. The heating didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work. two windows were also left a jar and the temperature outside this weekend has been 5° so on our arrival, the whole apartment was freezing cold There was no instructions on how to use any of the items in the apartment, it also had a lingering smell of food from whoever must’ve used it before. There is no way on this earth that this is a luxury apartment. I would not have paid my bill if I was staying in a hotel and this was what I was presented with.

Clean, quiet, secure. Parking on site. Reasonable central location - 15 mins walk to where we needed to be. Good WiFi, TV, decent shower. Useful having 2 bathrooms. Newly decorated, even communal stair wells. Light, warm, plenty of hot water, newly fitted kitchen and new appliances. Perfect for what we needed. Clean bed linen and towels, cosy duvets. Living room had plenty of room for all 4 of us and it was nice to have a table to sit at to eat.
Lack of kitchen utensils- no sharp knives, scissors or chopping board. It was tricky to prepare a meal without these. Felt rather clinical rather than homely- curtains, bedside lamps and a few more soft furnishings would help. Door to room with double bed wouldn't close unless you moved the bed! But that's a design issue... Double bed was not very comfortable and you tended to roll into the middle.
