Nice place to stay”

The room is connection with pool and price per night is cheaper. Went there on weekdays so not so many people and its like our private pool hehe. Room have together with android tv, netflix youtube all good. Bear in mind the room is quite small, no cupboard but still, acceptable and staff is nice. Ive check out early morning and no one at the lobby. But i whatsapp them and they very responsible n alert, refund money thru online. Its quite far from chenang but if you have a car its not a big deal. But theres no choice for b/fast. Only english breakfast. Cannot ask them to pack but can eat inside the room.

Wooden door need to be fixed, ceiling fan sometimes can't turn on. Got TV box, can watch YouTube on TV but line is bad. Kids have fun at pool, but need more maintenance on pool cos looks not so clean. Breakfast is Ala carte. Overall the view is nice.

Located nearly Pantai Tengah.. the hotel environment is very nice and relax.. the breakfast are simple but still good.. staffs are kind and friendly.. overall is good except for the housekeeping.. once we arrived there was only 1 towel provided in the room, we requested for 1 more towel but it took forever for the housekeeping to send the towel.. finally the recep staff help to sent the towel to our room.. we stayed for 3 nights and not even a day the housekeeping clean the room or clear the rubbish or top up the toiletries..

Friendly Good Value”

I arrived and the room was clean, very compact but perfect for my needs. Storage space is lacking but I managed for the week. Due to covid issues the bar and the cafe were closed, which was disappointing. The pool needs cleaning maybe more than once a week. The staff are very lovely and helpful. The resort is a little older now so not luxurious but friendly and conveniently close to two 24hr Marts some local bars (including late bars) and the Scuba Club. I recommend the Moroccan restaurant, The Argan Trees and Tulak Bar. All of the above are 2min walk away. The Underwater World Aquarium is a 5min cab ride at rm5. Will definately return for budget stay.

Great services from the staff”

The location is nice for vacation and the staff all was so friendly and very helpful to make our stay better. They respon very fast and help fix the issues after we told, we truly appreciate that. They let us checked in earlier and even help us keep our luggage after we checked out. Awesome kindness .However there is more improvement need for the room, we understood that they just restarted the business, some improvement will help makes this hotel great again. Overall is fine , will visit again.
