Good location”
The place is very nice, very clean. The staff is allow you to late checkout till 2pm. Can walk around the nearby hotel, easily to get local food around that area. A lots of happening shop nearby the hotel. Strongly recommended. I would like to come back in future.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and high water pressure in the shower”
Room was comfortable and clean. 3 breakfast options: local cuisine such as nasi lemak, American breakfast and fruit bowl, with toast and free flow coffee and juice. Location is good, with restaurants nearby. Personally, I love the high water pressure in the bathroom and separate shower cubicle. There's a coffee maker in the room too. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Well rested in Kampot Glam”
We loved our stay at Zen Premium! The breakfast was rotating, and never boring. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They even packed up our breakfast to go when we notified them that we would be checking out early due to our flight. Note: eat the yogurt in the terminal before going through immigration and customs, or else you have to toss it. There is no gym or pool, but running through the neighborhood before the businesses open is fun and gives a different point of view of the area. Because it's a boutique hotel, it was hard for grab and cab drivers to find us or drop off. I just made sure to include distinct details: white heritage bldg, by bus stop #, across the street from the taxi stand, etc. Also, the only issues I had were the lack of a full length mirror, and the lighting in the room and bathroom...it was too dark, which is great for resting, but not for putting on makeup and getting ready. I had to utilize a flashlight to get makeup on.

Great hotel”
For the money the rooms are quite nice, new and clean. Its in the middle of Kampong Glam area which is the Arab/Muslim quarters, so you may hear Islamic prayers several times a day. Breakfast is included but is a simple affair with a choice of only 3 items on the alacarte menu daily. Also the breakfast room does not open until 7:30am, so if you need to be somewhere earlier, you may need to skip breakfast or have it somewhere else.

Pros: clean, quiet and cozy room, though it is a bit small room, but enough for solo travelers. It is convenient to go to centre by bus, metro and taxi.

We liked the concept of this hotel with the open corridors. The rooms were adequate and clean, although the bedding is thin and we had a hole in a sheet. The staff are friendly and were willing to show us how the room controls worked, etc.

Good Hotel with friendly staff!”
Breakfast has space for improvement, has only toast and one sort of jam, the coffee is very good though. You can order an additional Müsli or Asian breakfast or English, but I do not like all three choices.

Good Location”
First of all the naming of this hotel is The Sultan instead of Zen Premium Kampong Glam. Having hard time to look for the name "Zen Premium Kampong Glam". Room was small but I love the bathroom size. Strong water pressure. Nearby you can have variety of food. Kampong glam cafe is just 5 minutes walk away. Bout 7-8 minutes to nearest MRT station. Price is reasonable. But the breakfast is disappointed.

Simple hotel, nice breakfast, very well maintained and in an authentic building. Great location in the Arab quarter, Kampong Glam, Haji Lane nearby, buses and the MRT both a 5 min walk.
