GREAT EXPERIENCE”
The location is very strategic. Convenient access to Woolworths Metro and Coles Melbourne Central, from which you can buy fresh food ingredients for meal prep at home as the house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. I love the stay in EQ Tower with IFStays. To add on, I would like to thank the guest relations, Winnie and Anna who have been so helpful to attend to my questions during the booking. Thank you!

Convenient place to stay”
This was our second choice as our first one was fully booked, but we don't regret it. It is a 10-min walk away from the Aljunied MRT Station and a 4-min walk away from several bus stations. Just around the corner there are restaurants that are open til late, and even one that is open 23 hours. The rooms are a bit smaller than what they seem the photos, but it's just the right size especially if you're just looking to book someplace to sleep after going around touring Singapore. Didn't bother with the hotel wifi but the mobile data reception was good and strong here too. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. Great place!

Zen Rooms 1515 is near many restaurants/eateries which are inexpensive. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable enough and they are clean. Overall, it is a good place to stay!

This hotel has the most friendliest staffs i’ve encountered especially the female counter staff who did our check in(sadly didn’t get her name)!:) Bed was a little hard for my personal liking and toilet was a little too small. Most of the basic items like toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are provided . Only down side, a few baby cockroaches came out to say bye on the morning of our check out day. Have to really improve on pest control/cleanliness. Otherwise, i would totally come back here again!~

If you just need a bed for the night, theres no deal better than ZEN Rooms 1515. The room is small but cosy, with a large, comfortable bed and ensuite toilet. Budget hotel for a price thats competitive with hostels. Geylang is also full of amazing restaurants that open till late at night (you might even consider it early morning), definitely a great place to stay in and explore around.

The hotel location are 10 minutes away from MRT Aljuneid and 5 minutes from the bus station. Surrounded by the restaurants. The room are comfortable enough for 2 people, the bathroom are small but enough. Overall a really nice place to stay for couple traveller who are under budget.
