Great value with great location”
PROS: - Cheap price. I had a voucher which gave me P600 per night stay only! - All linens, pillows and bed where clean and smells fresh. - Hot water control was installed inside the bathroom so you have 24/7 supply. - Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo were included. - Comforters were thick enough for cold nights which actually went down to 8°c. - Clean room and bathroom. - Has bidet. - Has 7Eleven on the ground floor. - Along Marcos Hwy so transpo will never be a problem if you're only commuting. CONS: - There's a nearby videoke that you can hear at night but not totally bothersome. - Balcony on the Zen rooms has no view. Literally just a balcony facing the wall. - A bit too far from the city center so even though no issue with transpo, it's around P120-P130 taxi going to Session Rd.

Great option for those with an eye on quality and affordable rates which is open late at night. Taxi ride from terminal is around 100 pesos or 110php during rush hour. In the morning, you can easily catch a bus to all points south like Manila Dau Tarlac Dagupan if u cross the street and wave your hand in front of a Genesis Partas Rabbit or Victory bus which is better than taking a taxi to downtown in the morning rush hour then riding bus from terminal. Facilities are clean Spartan relaxing staycation experience with 7-11 next to the hotel. Room has fan tv with basic cable Phil channels and veranda balcony and hot water in shower. There is hot drinking water in the office with cups.

I cannot get over how clean the place is, the bed, the tiles, the viranda, the closet...all are super CLEAN. Even the smell. Amazing view also and what makes it excellent is the 7/11 in the same building. Also very quick check-in experience. Although quite a bit far from the main city attraction, this is the best place to stay if you want to relax and experience the foggy feels of Baguio City! 👍

PROS: 1.) Excellent value for money - Still qualifies as a hotel (clean, has cable TV, 24/7 front desk service, etc.) while being as affordable as a transient home. 2.) Excellent staff service - Ask the front desk for extra supplies, and they'll have it at your room in 2-5 minutes. Very quick. The staff are also kind and courteous, and do their best to accommodate your needs. 3.) Excellent location - Casa Bel is located along a major highway, so there's no shortage of taxis / transport to the rest of the city. There's a 7/11 in the same building (easy food) and an ATM ~100 meters down the road, so necessities are accessible. CONS: 1.) Internet Speed - My only major complaint. Speedtest.net returned LESS THAN 1MB download speed and ~5MB upload speed. Fiber-optic internet is already available in Baguio, so I hope this hotel upgrades soon. PLEASE. It costs about the same, but is great for guests like me who need internet access for work. 2.) The shower heater needs repair.

very nice hotel if you’re looking for a cheap hotel in baguio, a bit far from the center and other tourist attractions but its okay, its easy to get a taxi cause its just along the highway. We got a super comfy sleep cause the bulding is so quiet and it has a convinient store just outside the building. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and also the staffs are nice and accommodating. Will book again for sure.

Accessible to tourists destination, other services and dining options esp 7-11 is just outside of the bldg itself. Budget friendly,staffs are friendly, clean accommodation, we can consider staying here nextime but hopefully there will be a bfast serve and also all rooms should be sound proof. You will hear people talking outside so definitely if people pass by your room they will hearing what u are talking or doing inside of your room. Also when we asked for a housekeeping for our room they should replace toiletries that was already consumed. Toiletires that they had esp soaps are not enough for 4days stay. But overalll everything was ok.

Family room was very spacious. Sheets are clean and smells fresh. Staff were courteous and very accommodating. There’s 7/11 and a spa in the same building. We never had a problem parking though I can’t say it will be the same during peak season. I appreciate that the rooms were in the lower basement floors, even when Casa Belle is along Marcos Highway, you wont be bothered by the noise and pollution

Overall experience was great. Only thing I noticed is that it's really hard to maneuver when your parking slot is located at the farthest part of the basement since there's limited space, but nonetheless we had a great time staying here.

The inn is very clean and the staff are very friendly. 711 is very accessible within the same building. The room is spacious and quiet. Toiletries provided were enough for the whole stay. They have a fan inside the room, but it really not a necessity since its really cold at night. Also, they have water heater for shower.

Overall it was great. They were very courteous, they made sure to ask permission before cleaning our room. The place is very clean. The only downside is that since we were just commuting around Baguio, it was a bit of hassle to go around because it was far from the city center.

The location is nice. It's near from the city center, however, the light traffic around it makes it feel a bit far. The staff were nice and very accommodating. Our room is very spacious and clean. There is a fan in the room, but there's no need for fan actually. Water heater available and toiletries provided were enough for the whole stay. The room is quiet, however, its a bit dark even if you open the curtain. The only consequence of our stay is the difficult parking space. Yet no worries, the parking personnel and security guard are very assistive.
