      Value for money”

      Pros: not very near the city center but it is reminiscent of the old Baguio with lots of pine trees and not so much traffic. One can hike going down and take a cab going back to the hotel. There is no air-conditioning but the weather in Baguio makes it unnecessary. Staff are nice and helpful. Free hot/cold water can be had in the resto area. Place has a fireplace but I think it's rarely used. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really good and filling breakfast. Great value for money, all in all. Cons: Too few power outlets. Walls are too thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them. You can also hear traffic from outside the room. Shower knobs are a bit hard to figure out. Furnishings are old but still clean though. Still, this is a really cheap and good place to stay at. Thank you Zen Rooms and Iggy's. Highly recommended.

      Really enjoyed my stay here. no aircon but WHO needs Aircon when you're in Baguio? The staff is very accommodating and they are always smiling. breakfast is decent. place is quiet which I love. there was one time that I think that was the manager or the owner of the hotel and he played some music (like a dj). very cool noh? The room is a bit rusty but I dont mind. Im not really taht choosy besides I enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely go back!

      The cost of value.”

      If youre looking for a super affordable place to stay in Baguio, Iggy's is definitely a place to consider. However, it is relatively farther away from the city proper. If you take the taxi, the ride will cost you around P100. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean. But, during my stay, there was no hot water. There was no water for more than an hour. When the water resume, it was dark and murky. No attendant during the evening; only in the mornings. Maybe had the circumstances been different, my experience would have been better.

      Far from Tourists spots old room”

      very accomodating staffs especially kuya larry and the other young guy as well. Breakfast was delicious also and worth it but the room beeds renovation. Stuff in the room were old and badly need replacement. The bedsheet looked used and ‘twas smelly as well as their blankets. Location is nice if you have a car with you but if none, better book a hotel near the burnham park.

      Good inn but not very near to downtown”

      The place is good & quiet. But it is not near the downtown area. A bit hard to commute since there are no jeepneys passing in the hotel. But you can walk around 10mins to the jeepney routes. Over-all our stay is satisfactory. Staff were nice & accomodating. Place is clean also. pleasant stay.
