We've reviewed this hotel before but this is for our other booking (stayed again bc we loved it so much)! Attention to detail is an understatement. The owners/staff are some of the friendliest/helpful people we came across. They truly made the difference in our stay. Wifi is strong for Puerto Princesa, AC is ice cold, breakfast had an awesome view and they are constantly cleaning the property. Loved it so much we booked 4 additional nights on our way out of Palawan. Thanks Alex!

Zen room offers spacious rooms in a friendly family-run setting. Our host provided us with free airport drop-off and pick-up. If you want to go to nearby attractions and malls, they have a tricycle driver that will take you around for a cheaper-than-average rate. The room is very clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the bay. AC works great, so is hot water in the shower. Breakfast is basic, but served on the nice rooftop terrance. Overall our stay in very comfortable, and would stay here again if we come back to Puerto Princesa.

situated away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Princessa. A nIce leisurely walk to Baywalk or a 10 peso per person tricycle ride to Baywalk or SM Mall. Super friendly and helpful staff. Alex the owner is so lovely and has a wealth of information about Palawan. He personally drove us to the airport to catch a very early morning flight. Will stay there again.

The owner was very nice and cheerful. He provide free airport transfer sent us to airport for free at 530am. The first day we check in was around 6pm and we needed to find a money changer. The owner offered to send us to the only open money changer to solve our problem. Good location- within walking distance to baywalk park to have dinner and to SM shopping mall. The hotel is near to city center but not directly located at the main street. No loud noise of traffic hustle and bustle at hotel room. Fast and stable wifi connection.

You couldn’t ask for a nicer family run establishment! Alex and his mom really go the extra mile to help with whatever are your needs. Close to the end of a main street, and certainly within walking distance to a mall (if you can stand the heat but tuk tuks are cheap and plenty if not), the building is built in the shape of a boat. Their father obviously lovingly decorated the hotel with memorabilia thruout, and the deluxe rooms are large and clean, with a small balcony overlooking a couple of typical backyards and a great view of the harbor in the close distance. For breakfast up on the open air 4th floor, you get a better view. Breakfast consists of a slice of spam and fried egg with toast and papaya but if you order Filipino style, you’ll get an extra slice of spam and rice too!

Budget Hotel in the City”
Not an exceptional hotel. This is just a pension house but it is clean, accessible to transportation and a few minutes away from the city tourist spots as well as the airport. The receptionist and pension house manager are very accommodating. He even assisted us in booking one of our tours we just though of that moment. A quiet place and with good airconditioning system, WIFI is ok. They provide airport pick up and drop off so that is a plus for me as well.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night. We enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom, and the great view. Staff are so kind and the free airport transfer is amazing.

Extra mile service ”
The owners made us feel so at home. They picked us up and brought us to the airport. They arranged all our tours. When my daughter had to cancel because she was not well, they brought her to the hospital. Breakfast is modest and coffee is free-flowing. Internet is fast and uninterrupted. Amenities are simple but made out stay very comfortable. We felt safe staying here. Real value for money. I would recommend this place to friends and strangers .
