Very convenient situated ”
We were pleased to get to know it was close to two different subway links. Direct link from airport and only 15 minutes walk to the hotel. Another link is 200 meters away! Pleasant surprise awaited us on the roof where we could observe marina bay and drink cocktail or juice... room is also convenient and clean in spite of being without a window! Varied breakfast! We enjoyed our staying

All the necessities - Sink, shower, toilet, safe, bed. Not sure if the sheets were changed... no reassuring folds. Bed nice, firm and high. Location excellent. Staff exceptionally helpful.

5 mins walk from Clarke Quay station. Small but very quaint room. Clean. Stone throw from Circular Quay and Boat Quay. Definitely value for money.

need some improvement on cleaniness, the towels and bed linen were quite worn out. Also, the sound proofing wasn't that great, i got woken up a few times with noises next door and outside the windows. location is great.

hotel 100-200 meters from metro bar and all attraction in down town. but hotel rooms need renovation. reception is friendly. internet is so bad connection. breakfast SGD12/person if not in booking. hotel rooftop should see view in night and day. from airport to EW12 raffles place metro station exitG and metro takes only 30 minutes after 5 minutes walk to hotel. around hotel a lot of small pubs, restaurants, walking and running place.

Very bad and very small room”
We need to pay very expensive for to room with 3 nights here. And when we book the rooms, look very nice and big room in webside. But we were very disappoited when we came. The room is very very small, the bed is very hard, nothing, very simple room. Location is not very good like we thinking. I don’t want recommand this hotel for anyone.

Zen room IS NOT a property! Just another agent charging on top of Agoda ! ”
Agoda is an agent, that now uses another agent “appearing” as a property. Underneath these money suckers is the actual hotel, that gets paid less and less. Normally I now avoid Agoda/Booking and get better rates directly 9 out of 10 times. At landing a reservation was cancelled/not confirmed and I found the small Zen rooms last minute. I found an address searching on google and paid the 125 SGD via Agoda. The hotel did not exist on the address which was a non existing street no. . Both me and my “middleman cut” hit grab taxi spent I total 45 min around midnight to find it. Finally I called Agoda and then zen rooms. Now I finally discover they are a just a sub-agent disguised as a hotel. The real hotel was amazing, helpful and I will book directly next time and save 2 times agency fees. Avoid Zen Rooms at any costs. And for that sake also Agoda. Call if possible directly or go online for you selected hotel !
