Impressive designs in the reception area. Great value for money free wifi and use of pool! Great location near to many establishments like malls, offices and the likes. Staffs are very accommodating. They really help you in everything you need. Two thumbs up for their good services. Room ambiance is also very good overlooking the city lights and it’s clean, complete with towels, liquid soap, shower gel. Kitchen has microwave and rice cooker and utensils you can use to eat. Just one suggestion maybe you can fix the exhaust in the CR coz it doesn’t eliminate the odor in the bathroom even if it’s turned on. I’ll come back for sure and recommend this to my friends and family.

Its my second time and the assigned unit was at the 27th floor so I got a better view. And as usual a neat and beautiful place. The lady who assisted me during my check in (too bad I forgot her name) was super accommodating. the same girl during my first stay. I asked for an ironing service she provided me an iron instead for free. I also asked for an adapter and she gave it to me instantly. I will definitely be back soon.

The room was very clean and comfortably-spaced. It also comes complete with kitchenette and utensils so guests can cook dishes. The staff was also quick to answer to guests concerns and was very accomodating to requests. Will definitely book again!

Everything were fine especially the room. There's no charge for the use of pool not like the other staycation hotels/condos. Wifi is working and unexpectedly the room was complete with cooking stuff and cutleries. The only thing that I've noticed, there were no complimentary slippers and soaps/t-paste in the room. But definitely love the overall experience. :-)

It’s not a hotel so don’t expect hotel services. But, for a traveler like me, I love staying at ZenRooms. You’ve got close to everything you may need including basic kitchen utensils, hot and cold shower, and nice-sized fridge! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Why only 4 stars for facilities? There are points for improvement susch as: Bidet Iron and ironing board Better Internet service Thank you, Agoda and ZenRooms!

I had a good stay. The room space was big enough with comfy bed and couch. The staff was kind. The only thing I didn't like were red ants and small roaches in the bathroom and dining area. It would be best to regularly fumigate the building or the rooms. Overall,

Walking distance to most places at Pasig”
Eddy was most trustworthy polite and helpful. Though i wish the room had dark curtains to keep the lights out, as the sun rises early, for clients like me, sensitive to lights in our sleep. another suggestion would be a proper blanket instead of jus a bed sheets cover

We loooved the place! We booked it same day of our stay. We loved how spacious it is... The view at night is AWESOME. The only con probably is that there is no parking space available. We had to transfer our car to the nearby paid parking area which cost us $$$ huhuh The pool is very clean too! Hope they can add heater heheh

Krizia and Christian were welcoming, polite and helpful. The building itself is supeb. Close to malls, shops(foods, pharmacies, convenience stores) and especially nightlife. Stay was comfy (bed and pillows). If there is something to improve, I will say, electric boiler for hot drinks at anytime of the day :)

Spacious Room but lacks a few things”
The hotel room was spacious but the building was hard to find. I used to work in the area but I had to ask around to figure out where the hotel is. Upon entering the room, the first thing I notice is how spacious my room was. The bedroom was simple but clean. The shower has heater but there are no hygiene kits provided. The shower had shampoo/conditioner dispenser only. Also, the curtains do not cover the overall width and had left some gaps which made me viewable from the outside. The are things to improve but still overall stay was pleasant.
