Everything is good except parking problem”
Value for money hotel, very clean, nice room except parking can be a big problem. If u drive, better look for other hotel, else u can be compound RM100 for parking at the roadside in front the hotel. Otherwise, this can be a good choice if not driving.

Excellent budget stay”
This establishment is also known as Sunrise Hotel. You may either make reservation for Sunrise Hotel or Zen room Jalan Barat in Agoda. I've stayed here twice, for first time by booking room at Sunrise Hotel and for the second time by booking Zen room Jalan Barat. I found that booking Zen room Jalan Barat would be much cheaper. If you're a budget traveller, this place is excellent . It is clean and comfy. Toiletries is provided but not toothbrush. The towel is new, clean and smell nice, which is rare for budget hotel. Although I got a windowless room, the room smell nice as well. I have to compliment their room service for this. It is also very thoughtful for the room service lady because I left the room with my dirty clothes hanging in the bathroom and she left few scoops of detergent for me in the room (thanks!). The room have three floors with a lift, so you don't have to worry if you have heavy luggage. My only complain is, they only provide two soft pillows. I need more. LRT station is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel, the path is mostly covered and bus stop is at the hotel doorstep. If you too lazy to walk to the LRT station just wait for a green bus that will take you there for free. Or pay RM1 for other buses but don't just hop in, make sure the bus pass by the LRT station. Ask first. KL sentral station is just 6nstations away,or you can just yake grab there for RM8 (non-peak hours). Below the hotel there is a banana leaf restaurant and a mamak restaurant next to it. Few steps away from the main entrance is a clinic, pharmacy, 24 hours convenient store and KFC (fast food). Walking distance, there is laundry, 7-11, another mamak, coin-laundry and a guardian (pharmacy). Walk out a little bit there are many other restaurants (AnW, Secret recipe, Baskin Robins, Starbucks, nasi Padang restaurant) and banks at the nearby commercial center. All in all, it is unfair to expect more than what a hotel such as this can provide. But for the price that I pay

I won't lie but I was REALLY skeptical when I first booked this place, judging that the pictures did not look that great online. I end up booking as I was really last min and have not much choices left. This place turns out to be one of the best budget hotel that I've stayed in. It is REALLY clean, toilet is good! (unlike all other budget hotels that I've stayed before, their toilets usually are a bit old and the edges are not nicely scrubbed). Just like other reviews, the towels smell good, bed is clean, aircon is functioning very well and front desk staffs are really helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

This is one of my countless stays, cause I studied at the college nearby for weekend class. I can vouch that this is one of the cleanest budget hotel I ever stayed. I know because I after I befrie ded one of the cleaner and whenever I need things, I just walk around to find her, countless of time I found her cleaning the room, scrubbing the floor hard.
