Affordable Condo near E. Rodriguez and Tomas Morato”

Clean rooms and good for a night stay, also near a hospital. We had an emergency so we didn't have trouble in going to the hospital, it's just a brisk walk away. Although, you will be woken up by the sound of the horns of the vehicles in the morning since the room is not that sound-proof and also, beside a major thoroughfare. But nonetheless, it served its purpose of having our sleepover for the next day. Thanks Zen Rooms! :)

Everytime I stay in here I really am very much satisfied with the accomodation, and customer service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and What I really love this hotel is their comforter or blanket not like any other hotels/motels with just very thin cloth for blanket their beddings and comforter makes you wanna stay in bed the whole day, always made my day off literally a restday. Also there are a lot of fastfood and different restaurants nearby. and if you love clubbing, drinking or just have a chillax drinking session with your friends and love ones there are also a lot of nearby bar and night clubs to choose from! Perfect location. Very Nice and comfortable rooms for a very Affordable price! 😊

Couldn’t find the hotel”

Arrived in Manila and got a grab the driver drove us around for over an hour trying to find this hotel with the details provided by agoda. He ended up taking us back to the airport where we booked into another hotel. Can’t give a review of the hotel as we never found it!

Low Cost”

Get this if you have limited budget. AC produces a loud sound. The place seems to be near a worshipping house, you'll hear songs until 11pm. The guests also don't tcare about the noise they make when they enter the premises, they were loudly talking to one another. This one is near different food establishments; buy food outside because their meals are very expensive.

You have to request for tissue, towel and blanket. ”

Cons: A bit noisy since the hotel is located in main road. For business travellers, wifi connection is slow to none. Remote given to us no batteries, we have to call to request one. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Pros: Friendly staff Cold Aircon

Good budget hotel”

Could do with a mirror in the bathrooms. Can have low water pressure on top floor (so problems with hot water shower). Noisy if room overlooks the main road. Fairly good televisions and cable. WiFi up and down but mostly working and good at best. Not bad location. Some rooms have fridge. No rooms have kettle. Staff friendly and helpful.

An okay hotel. You get the service for the cheap price you pay for. Ideal for those needing a place to stay the night. Depressing lightings. My unsolicited advise, don't use dimmed white light. Use the kind with peachy, yellowy shade.

Don’t be Deceived By Good Photos and Words”

Worst experience w Zen Rooms. I will definitely recommend Zen rooms except this one with Korner Apartelle. Staffs are not knowledgable of the process and system plus we booked around 11am and checked in late (7pm) and and still waited an hour because they are still cleaning the room. Their reason was there were a lot of walk ins. 👎🏼 Please don’t be deceived by good photos and words. Thanks.

VERY NOISY. Rooms at 1st floor you cannot sleep because staff is noisy.”

We were booked at the 1st floor and i asked the staff to trabsfer us to another room because i want a quiet room but she stated that she cannot allow it. THE STAFF WERE VERY NOISY WE COULD NOT SLEEP WE WAKE UP MANY TIMES TO CALL THE FRONT DESK TO LOWER THEIR VOICES BECAUSE WE CAN HEAR THEM INSIDE OUR ROOM. They were laughing shouting like there was no people below sleeping.

Needs improvement”

Room looks clean so I dont know why there are too many small cockroaches. I stayed for days, most of the linens and towels are stainy and very old. Seems unwashed! The room is cheap so I didnt expect anything more the a clean room and a hot shower. The bathroom is clean but no tissue. Good thing there is wifi and Staff are helpful and accomodating.

Noisy lobby, thin walls”

We woke up a dozen of times in the morning because the sraff at the lobby were talking loudly ang laughing noisly. I requested a room far from the streets because i know they have thin walls. The staff should have been aware not to be so noisy esp early in the morning.

Cons -lights in the cr keeps turning off -did not allow us to use their phones for delivery. -took 15mins just to confirm our check out -tissue papers and 2nd towel are to be requested. Those should've been provided proactively. -no free drinking water

NAPAKACHISMOSA NG MGA STAFFS. ”

My friend, who is a boy, and I went to Manila and they were all like "ano ba naman yan ang babata pa nila, nagho-hotel na sila?" Excuse me, we're just friends who tried to find a hotel in agoda where we can stay kasi gabi na natapos yung presentation namin sa isang university and hindi na rin namin naabutan ang last trip papuntang province. Tapos mga staffs napakachismosa!!! Like hello?! Sa tingin nyo pag naghohotel magsesex agad?! Putang isip yan!

Crappy hotel”

Not recommemded, broken light switch, no toilet bowl seat cover, broken faucet, no toilet paper, stained sheets, and they even charge you for hot water. Ambient noise is so annoying that you can even hear water flowing in the overhead sewer pipes adding to the noisy staff.

Nice and very cheap”

The only problem is there wifi, maybe there is a problem but overall its good and nice. We will book again. 😊

Pic is different from the actual room”

I booked using agoda and got enticed by the picture coz it seems fine for its price but to my surprise, it is really different. As in! It doesn't look like premium, the room is small, bed is small, etc. IT IS REALLY DIFFERENT!

The cleaning guy working very hard and very kind. But the lady in reception knows nothing. Hot water charges 5peso. The location is far from everywhere.
