IF the Property was clearly marked with a signboard of "Zen Rooms Raja Chulan", it would be less confusing for us to locate it. Nevertheless, I had a pleasant experience staying at the premise. Thanks.

Traffic is quite jam if you're driving however location is perfect if you're visiting KL. Places like Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, and KLCC are walking distance. We had trouble looking for the hotel at first because it wasn't name ZEN ROOMS RAJA CHULAN. The actual name is Lodge Paradize Hotel. Another good thing about this hotel is it provides parking (with a little charges) but it's definitely a good place to stay for people who drives.

Great location for shopping and sight seeing”
The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to do a shopping trip or even sight seeing. Pavilion was a 5 minute walk and if you go the other direction you can get to KLCC and the Pretronas towers in around 10 or 15. Also, the ride to the Batu Caves was quite fast and cost around 17 ringgit. The bathroom was nice however the hot water shower was old and poor pressure and also made a lot of noise when you turned on the pump. If the room had a mini fridge it would be perfect!! The staff member who checked us in was lovely, however the next day I went to ask the lady for no room service and she was a bit stand offish. Later that afternoon we went back for a sleep and had room service pounding on the door like crazy and trying to get in. This is the only negative thing I have and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL.

Satisfactory but hotel is in different name”
First of all, this hotel is named as Lodge Paradise something. If you came with gps and found another hotel, it is Zen Rooms which was frustrating for someone who didn't know the place. Pros: Very good housekeeping Clean room Monorel station is very near. Cons The receptionist tried to gave us twin beds instead of queen room that we booked claiming that the room is not even ready even though it is 2pm. After we said that we want the room that we booked, it was given. My room door cannot be locked if I went outside. Would come again

No frills, good stay”
Was not difficult finding the hotel, however the front desk was on level one, so not visible from ground floor. Check-in was smooth(as was check-out), and easy to find the room. Room itself was clean and spacious enough, I really liked the tall ceilings.

Terrible place ran by useless people”
First thing. This place isn't called Zen Rooms. It is on google maps as Zen rooms but when you get there all the signs say something else. Spent ages in a Grab taxi trying to find it because of this. Even when you get on to the property, finding the reception is still a challenge. Then the receptionist gave me and my friend a double and a twin. I told him we ordered 2 doubles and he told me I was wrong. 10 seconds later I have my phone out with my booking receipt. He then finally admitted he was wrong and very reluctantly and awkwardly rectified the issue. Check out was challenging as well with a different receptionist making it hard work for me to get my deposit back. Also, there was just a couple of torn up pieces of paper next to my bed after I finally managed to get in to a double. How could the cleaners change the sheets but not notice the paper? Did they notice and not care? Or were the sheets just not changed? As I told them on the way out, they will not be seeing me again.

Even though the room is a bit old but it's clean, quiet, location is good, close to many restaurants and car parking but hv to pay rm10/day.

There is have quite a lots difference with photo. And the design of hotel room is too weird. The mirrow infront of my door. One more thing is the hotel didnt same with Agoda mentioned. Very difficult to find.

Limited Iron. Really need iron for attending a conference. But the staff said it was not available as they only had a limited unit. I would strongly suggest preparing more units.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stay!! 1. Bed sheets never change, saw bloodstain 2. Very very lousy, old, dusty and dirty 3. Online written 12pm check out, but 8:30am come over and knock the door. 4. The staff straight away use the key and open my room doors whenever I never respond while they knock the door. 5. Hard to find this hotel location 6. Parking fees too expensive
