Bad system and badly trained staff”
The front desk is not prepared for the late checked in even I requested and called to Agoda. Took 30’minutes for them to go through reservation book! Yes you are seeing this correctly, old school book. There is a laptop there but they go through a few books. Unlike others, they prepared the documents and room keys ready waiting for my arrival. I normally do late check ins and this is the first time I encountered such a non systematic check in procedure. Strongly suggest the management to look into this issue.

Staff doesn’t know what they are being asked and have no idea his reservation works”
Had specifically called up Agoda and put up request for two single bed and late check in. Normally they should have documents and room keys ready but anyhow, they weren’t prepared at all. Asked if rooms are single beds they said yes, when we walked into room, it’s queen size bed! Clearly the management had let go the chance of getting good reviews since they have been getting so many before we checked in. Truly disappointed with the arrangement thou I personally called up to make sure the requests gone through. Make sure you have no special request before you book this hotel else you will end up like me. Only + point is, room is clean.

Staff not friendly. Waiting 15 minute for the staff just to check the reservation..the reason that staff giving is they didnt receive any reservation but we did show them confirmation when we meet him. And the waiter use his hand to take and bake our bread without glove or using clips. Breafast totally out. They only serve coffe or tea, milk, corn crunch, bread with butter or jem, and fried eggs. Fruits is watermelon and papaya.
