Its my second time staying here and I really must write review to let others know how great the service is here. Also the hotel provides food for purchase or included depending on your reservation but there is a nice filipino restaurant in the same building. Easy access to jeepney and also not far from Mall of Asia. The room is clean and I stay in the Loft which is a very interesting design. The managers Virly and Rafaelo are the best!. They have helped me so much and they really deserve to be recognized for the exceptional service they provide. Because of them I will also feel confident to stay at other Zen properties. I have traveled to 29 countries and so many cities and I cant remember any property giving me this level of service.

Best in Baler”
My first in Baler was memorable and amazing because of Costa Pacifica. This beachfront hotel offers great view of Sabang beach which is the center for surfing activities. It offers a great pool, restaurant and customer service is superb. The room is spacious and it has everything that you need from toiletries, hot shower, soft pillows and comfortable beds. It has electric kettle, ref and even coffee maker. The staffs are really nice... always smiling and greeting guests. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks Costa Pacifica, my first Baler trip was unforgettable!

Yes yes. We booked the 1 bedroom suite. Yes, definitely suits our schedule. We only stay during the night as there are schedules for the whole day. But, it was comforting. Especially the bed. You can hear the noise outside but we stayed on the 7th floor, so it was okay. But, since we only stayed during the night, the limited cable connection didn't bother us. :)

Booked for 1 bedroom suite which i think is enough if you have kids staying with you, however the suite is much more likely enough for couples. There are convenient stores nearby. The staffs are great and very friendly. Especially the housekeeping attendants in the 4th floor. There are no bottled water in the room, but there is water dispenser in the hallway. If you’re going to order food from outside, you can get it in the lobby and you can bring it up to your room. Proper disposal should be followed. The property is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely visit again next time.

Great Experience for a Budget Hotel”
1st I would kindly like to let you know that this is a budget hotel so expect the minimalist amenities and accommodations. We stayed in a King Size Bed Room. The bed was comfortable, air con was cool, they provided enough channels to watch TV. The bathroom was fairly simple with no separate area for showering but the water was warm. Overall the space was enough for 2 and the best part is that the internet was really fast. We had download speeds of 60+ mbs and 70+ mbs upload. As for check in it was a breeze, just be prepared with an official government ID such as a passport or Drivers License and 1000 pesos security deposit. Keep in mind as you are waiting to get checked in that they do list a bunch of stuff that you could be penalized for such as stains on the bed sheets, pillow cases , blanket and towels. To keep the price down, expect in return that you leave as you came in... nearly spotless. Location is pretty much centralized, highly recommended

i cant complain except on our bedroom set up, we should get a single bed bedroom instead of the loft. we have babies and my husband and his friend kinda huge to used the bed on top. but like I said it was my mistake, i didn't check the room befor booking it. also i didn't know that i cant get the refund once I cancel the booking days before the check in time.

The room is clean, the building is new, just a few minutes walk from Buendia MRT station. Accessible to many places like PICC, MOA, Rizal park, star city, etc. Definitely will stay again if happens to be in Manila. :)

The hotel is accessible, located near the airport and PICC. The room was clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Water dispensers were provided so you can refill for free. Wifi connection was also fast. I had problems with the TV, it didn't work. I need to go down to the front desk to report it because the room has no phone. They immediately fixed it but after awhile it didn't work again. I did not bother to report it again so for 4 days I wasn't able to use the TV. The bathroom was small. Despite these, I still recommend the place for its accessibility, cleanliness and friendly staff.

The Manager Rafael was very accommodating, the situation was i arrive earlier than check in time but still they assist me since there are rooms available, thank you! I did some reading & im fully aware that the pool was on a diff hotel which is Selah Pods (P350.00). Will try again :)

I like the loft, everything's clean. Free drinking water for the guests is a big PLUS. Maybe next time, they can add telephone facilities inside the room so we can immediately contact the FO for any concerns and there should signage hung on the doorknob saying "please makeup my room/do not disturb" so we don't need to tell the FO if we need housekeeping service.

The best place to stay in Siargao if you want a peaceful environment. The host is very accomodating and friendly. There's a common kitchen where you can cook food and a free buko upon arrival. Room is also great with its own private bathroom.
