Great location, really clean hotel”
we got a family quadruple room and suffice to say, the space was more than enough for a family of 3 (with a 13yr old son). The room is spotless, simple but really comfortable. The location is even more awesome, the surrounding environment is quiet despite the fact that it's right smack in close proximity with NCKU. I really like the vibe in this area. We will come back!

Just outside NCKU with some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Taxis are easy to find to get you around town. It would be nice to have a bigger breakfast. laundry and Gym is a bonus

Last Minute Booking - Unable to accommodate early check-in”
I booked the hotel while I was on the train - booking was accepted and confirmed quickly, but when I arrived at around 9am, the hotel the staff said they can't check me in because I am too early - check-in starts at 3pm. I had a delayed overnight flight and it took me nearly 2 hours via train to get there, had no sleep and found out I was not able to check in, disappointing. The staff did nearly nothing to help even after I told them about my situation, inflexible.

Comfortable high class hotel”
I stayed at a 5 star hotel prior to Zenda suite stay, the room was nice, but nothing special. When I checked in to Zenda, i was shocked by how high class it was, in a way I liked it better than the 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great, room was huge and bed was comfortable... All of this for half the cost! Not much more I can Ask for. Thanks for the great stay!

Location, environment and cost”
The location of the hotel at the door step of ShengKung University makes it ideal for attending activities within the university. There are very busy and active shopping area near the hotel. The room cost is reasonable for a large room within walking distance to Tainan train station.

Contemporary design, great location, comfortable”
the room is of decent size, with very nice contemporary design. bathroom is very clean and spacious. the bed is very comfortable. another great feature is that it is adjacent to national cheng kung university, and is a 7-minute walk from the tainan train station. for business travelers visiting ncku, this is the best.

during my stay, thisbhotel offered me a nice big clean room and a delicious breakfast. it is located only 10 min walk from the tainan tran station. i will definitely stay at this hotel when i visit tainan again in the future. thank you.

Great and clean hotel”
The hotel is really well maintained even though looking at the history of when they are build. It seems that the hotel is managed by the student of hotel management from NCKU, nevertheless it's really great hotel. The breakfast is lovely, and in the night there are lots of food stands not far from the hotel.

Highly recommended. It's next to Shangri-la but with a lower price. Room is big and enough for 4 ppl to stay generally. Bfast is so so but overall is good.

Very close to the train station and in a lovely university neighborhood. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there are plenty convenience stores and bakeries near by.

Good location but service is not flexible”
There are a lot of good eateries around the hotel and a night market a few minutes walk away. Cleanliness and service is good but I don't like that you have to check out at 11am and there is non-flexibility on this.
