I don't usually complain when staying in budget hotel, but this one hotel is "speacial". Their location in googlemap is wrong, causing me a lot of hassle looking for the hotel at 1am in the morning, paying extra cast to my taxi. Tried calling the receptionist but no one answered. Ended up calling zenrooms and agoda to find the location. but the hotel won't take any responsibility when I (and the taxi driver) complain. i know it's a budget hotel, but not admitting that they make mistake in their map location is plain irresponsible. Other than that, there's nasty blood-like stain in the drapes in our room. I will not stay here again. There are a lot of better accomodation for the same/cheaper price.
