Dirty Room”
The entire floor are dirty , it looks like doesn't clean it for whole year. The door handle were fragile , it easily drop off and need confiscated the whole deposit. It's not worth at all. Deposit much more expensive then the room.

Overall, the apartment was great to stay in. Clean & quiet environment away from busy city. Friendly staffs. The slight disappointment will be the gym & pool facilities, still able to use but will be great if some improvement/upgrading can be done.

They have a big gat which only they can open, and a small side gate which either they or you open. They are strict about noise and numner of ppl at a time. A bit difficult to hold the birthday party i wanted to.

Lovely new hotel”
Staff were attentive and friendly. Their assistance was rendered when needed. we got the Studio room, which was comfy and cosy for 2 person. Most importantly, room was clean. located in the same building as The Starling Mall. Thou the mall is not fully in operation, it would be convenient for the future trips. There's also a couple of eateries, surrounding the area, which makes food available almost 24hours. Will be back for future stays.

Value for money if you don't want a small hotel room”
If you like space well you will get is at 1 Damai Residences. The rooms are big and the facilities are good. The staff are understanding and attend to most needs promptly. The have a nice pool and gym and it is only about 5-8mins via taxi to Pavilion or KLCC areas.

Cleanliness and service need to be improved”
The place is really spacious for 8 of us. However, the room is really dirty, we have to clean the floor ourselves because it is really too sticky even in toilet. The kitchenette cleanliness have to improve either. The staff is not at the main door 24/7, it is quite hard to find the staff when we need them. However, we do really enjoy the stay there, the swimming pool is nice, room is good, overall is okay.
