雅阁丽晶服务式公寓 (Accord Regency Serviced Apartment)

1 没有wifi，且手机信号在房间内只有2G…可想而知多么恼人。2 电梯卡第二天开始出问题，我们爬楼梯到5楼发现门打不开。晚上10点磨叽很久！恼人！3 图片上有厨房，结果发现这是个除了微波炉以外别无其它器具的厨房！那么这个厨房要来干嘛？？？？？恼人！4 位置非常好，楼下就是imago商场。5 房间很大，比较干净。 1 no wifi during our stay. Annoying! 2 serious problem with the lift card. Annoying! 3 no kitchen but a microwave ! Annoying ! 4 good location ! 5 nice rooms.

loftE，在出口在二楼，商场关门后，只能从行车的通道步行，正好在前门和后门之间，出行非常不方便。

环境优美，地点非常好

楼下是商场，逛街和吃东西都非常方便，但由于离机场太近，飞机起飞降落都从头顶上过，噪音非常大

好，适合及方便

公寓式房间，大且干净，有泳池和健身房，就在imago的楼上，但是没有前台十分不方便，自己很难找到，要打电话找人来接，行李寄存在另一栋楼，更像居民住房

公寓没有前台，晚点航班无法入住，还好后来解决了，房间还不错，挨着商场非常方便，特别表扬下公寓的物业人员，对于短期租客也提供很好的服务，非常感动

浴室真的很多霉菌,很可怕,還有客廳電燈也壞了,下次不會再去住

办理入住，退房不是很方便，因为没有前台，有一切问题要自己电话联系所谓的24小时前台热线，公寓房间大，入住感觉就像在自己家一样，只是不能自己做饭，但是有洗衣机，可以烘干衣服，因为马来西亚潮湿，所以烘干衣服是多么的贴心，而且公寓就在商场上面，就餐，购物超方便，去旁边的市区逛逛也非常方便，走几步路就到了，6楼还有一个美美的游泳池，健身房，感觉不错……

我住了6晚,3人房型!這飯店是公寓式的飯店,沒有24小時的櫃檯,不過沒關西,因為沒有對我產生任何影響,飯店人員也不錯,房間也很好,設備一應具全,生活機能滿分!!!那我為怎還不滿意??原因就是: 有很多噪音!!!有深夜入住的團體客不斷地喊叫;不斷的甩門!我睡靠外面的單人房,常常晚上3點多就被吵起來!!!一早也有早出門的人在那裏講話!更誇張的是有天早上快10點有人在鑽牆壁@@~ 住了7天6夜都沒網路可以用!!! 整體而言這地方蠻好的,有非常非常完善的設施,樓下就是百貨公司,我建議 可以住個幾天看看!

因為班機延後ㄧ天入住，沒想到卻是五個晚上下來最滿意的ㄧ晚，兩房一廳二衛的格局樓下就是沙巴新開的Imago shopping mall，有微波爐及洗衣烘衣機，設施部分還有兩個泳池及健身房，美中不足的是收訊比較差。

很新、中庭超大、兩個泳池，如果入住時能花一點時間介紹應該會更好，有滾筒洗衣機，但是沒曬衣架。有盥洗用品但是沒漱口杯。

Strategic location for shopaholics, but lack of staff. For 1st time customer it’s hard to find hallway to parking loft because there’s no signboards indicated, 3 to 4 times round over the mall(since it’s a huge apartment building with mall inside). Better improved regarding on the signboards for facilitate all customer in the future.

It would be very nice if all room were prepared with kitchen appliances especialy the stove for cooking, & its very confuse for the new comers to check in & out, the agents should stay in one place to pick a key for a room, especialy to check out, we had to find the agent to give back the key at another place far from the room we had stayed. & we doesnt happy because the card for the lift to access to the mall just one card they gave, we are many, at least they gave 2 cards to access, its hard to go different places with one card access with many family. I hope u can improved all of it, & other things its very nice because really near to the shopping complex

The place is great. Astro no movies channel. No residence parking. Must pay parking.

No wifi. Not much astro channel to choose.. Only tv1,2,3. The staff just gave us the access card for parking and our room but they didnt show us the direction to our room. We need to find ouself for about half an hour.

I do not typically writes negative feedback but there are some issues that has to be highlighted. Some basic amenities are definitely missing: - proper check in or check out procedure or lobby - no internet or wifi provided and the room has poor telco reception - Doesn’t provide residential parking access during our first day of stay. We have trouble finding our ways back into the mall parking to our stay during late night and early morning - Difficulties to reach the staffs for assistances or queries

Can be a great place to stay. The cons is that the facility is limited for us who stay for 4 days, like gym is not accessible to us, the internet connection also a problem one 1 day working the rest 3 days the internet unavailable

Glad it is near to the shops. We were having our parent joining us. It would be good to have a lock for the master bedroom. The rest is fine for us ☺️.

The finishing is quite old though I heard from my local friend that the building is only 2-3 years old. The check-in Time is 9am to 8pm which is quite inconvenient to business traveler. The check in office is not very close to main residential building.
