除了位置好,其他有待改进 Nothing but good location”
1 没有wifi,且手机信号在房间内只有2G…可想而知多么恼人。2 电梯卡第二天开始出问题,我们爬楼梯到5楼发现门打不开。晚上10点磨叽很久!恼人!3 图片上有厨房,结果发现这是个除了微波炉以外别无其它器具的厨房!那么这个厨房要来干嘛?????恼人!4 位置非常好,楼下就是imago商场。5 房间很大,比较干净。 1 no wifi during our stay. Annoying! 2 serious problem with the lift card. Annoying! 3 no kitchen but a microwave ! Annoying ! 4 good location ! 5 nice rooms.

楼下是商场,逛街和吃东西都非常方便,但由于离机场太近,飞机起飞降落都从头顶上过,噪音非常大

没有前台!房间很大,设施很棒”
公寓式房间,大且干净,有泳池和健身房,就在imago的楼上,但是没有前台十分不方便,自己很难找到,要打电话找人来接,行李寄存在另一栋楼,更像居民住房

公寓没有前台,晚点航班无法入住,还好后来解决了,房间还不错,挨着商场非常方便,特别表扬下公寓的物业人员,对于短期租客也提供很好的服务,非常感动

办理入住,退房不是很方便,因为没有前台,有一切问题要自己电话联系所谓的24小时前台热线,公寓房间大,入住感觉就像在自己家一样,只是不能自己做饭,但是有洗衣机,可以烘干衣服,因为马来西亚潮湿,所以烘干衣服是多么的贴心,而且公寓就在商场上面,就餐,购物超方便,去旁边的市区逛逛也非常方便,走几步路就到了,6楼还有一个美美的游泳池,健身房,感觉不错……

好壞參半的經驗”
我住了6晚,3人房型!這飯店是公寓式的飯店,沒有24小時的櫃檯,不過沒關西,因為沒有對我產生任何影響,飯店人員也不錯,房間也很好,設備一應具全,生活機能滿分!!!那我為怎還不滿意??原因就是: 有很多噪音!!!有深夜入住的團體客不斷地喊叫;不斷的甩門!我睡靠外面的單人房,常常晚上3點多就被吵起來!!!一早也有早出門的人在那裏講話!更誇張的是有天早上快10點有人在鑽牆壁@@~ 住了7天6夜都沒網路可以用!!! 整體而言這地方蠻好的,有非常非常完善的設施,樓下就是百貨公司,我建議 可以住個幾天看看!

因為班機延後ㄧ天入住,沒想到卻是五個晚上下來最滿意的ㄧ晚,兩房一廳二衛的格局樓下就是沙巴新開的Imago shopping mall,有微波爐及洗衣烘衣機,設施部分還有兩個泳池及健身房,美中不足的是收訊比較差。

很新、中庭超大、兩個泳池,如果入住時能花一點時間介紹應該會更好,有滾筒洗衣機,但是沒曬衣架。有盥洗用品但是沒漱口杯。

Not a good experience ”
The apartment is in the same building with Imago shopping complex. However, access to the shopping mall is quite tricky as there is no direct access inside the mall. We even had to take two different elevators to go to the apartment. In terms of the apartment itself: 1. There is a leakage in the living hall. The owner / apartment manager had to put a pail in the middle of the living room to catch the water. 2. The door knob of the main bedroom was broken. At one time, we were locked out as we could not open the door. 3. The ventilation for the bathroom is not proper. As a result, the bathroom give out an awful smell. 4. There is no proper kitchen. It is just a pantry equipped with microwave and kettle.

ROOMS FOR IMPROVEMENT”
CLEANLINESS Very bad 1st impression on cleanliness as we walked in. -kaki terasa melekit dan hitam dan as you jalan sampai ke sofa (agaknya x mop lantai dgn elok) -gumpalan rambut2 penyewa sebelum ni terdapat d sana sini ( ada menyapu ke ni:() CAR PARK ACCESS Very bad service and feedback on car park access card matter. we were not given any card on this nor info on it and the only answer we get when we asked for it 2-3 hours after checking-in is that the staff will revert, but dissapointing. (Imagine without the card we can only go in out frm the aprtment by going thru the shopping at the mall business hours) MIND YOU.... this short weekend holiday is wit our elderlys. so its soooooo inconvenient. Till we check out, no feed back or solution given to us on the matter. Not even a note of apology. :) HOPE TO SEE IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL FUTURE CLIENTS

Location is excellent! But we were pretty upset there is no WIFI. We remembered clearly there will be wifi provided which prompted us to choose this property, or else we won't choose this property at all. On the 1st day, we arrived at 12.15pm and was told the room is not ready for check-in. The staff was nice to allow us to place our luggages in the apartment and requested we return at 2.00pm. The staff said he will see us at 2.00pm to do the check-in. However, he did not turn up. We waited for 1 hour then call to the office to find out he is not coming until much later. 2nd day, we called again to ask for wifi password. To our astonishment, we were told we are not entitled to wifi. We highlighted it was stated in the Agoda website that wifi will be provided. Then the staff quickly changed her statement saying wifi is under upgrading so it is not available for our use. 4th day we were lock-out. Our card cannot enter until housekeeping open for us. Toilet needs to upgrade.

Great Place to stay but front desk management should improve customer services ”
This is not my first time staying here, maybe a slight differences in terms of services provided. For this time staying, what I could conclude is: - Only 1 Key card provided - No Wifi - No Front Desk - Lift are not very convenient - Have to wait for the staff before check in and after check out to take & return key card - Room are great for families traveling - Toiletries and towels are provided - TV channel only few available - Place are noisy after midnight, maybe someone are renovating from 2 a.m till 4 a.m - Parking space provided but not convenient for car that have limited turning point I hope the management will improve their services so that we dont have to wait for them to come over to give & collect the keys. ETA are being updated to them so that this matter doesn’t happened, but still we have to wait.

Spacious apartment. Convenient location above imago. No reception available, need to contact via phone call/whatsapp. One of the room will auto lock when closed. Overall for the price it is not bad.
