Dirty walls and linen. Tired Hotel. Located right next to the main road with tram and police car passing through the night. Very hard to fall asleep with the noise from the window. Window is sound proofed, but during summer the room was oven hot and stuffy. Only 1 fan provided so its impossible to sleep without opening the windows.
Worst Hotel Ever i have stated among the Thiefs”
Dont think that the rooms are nice and breakfast is nice if you look up from the Web page's pictures. Only the Location walking distance from Termini Railway Station. I have seen the nightly price around 70 Euros but the hotel doesnt woth even for 10 Euros as room , breakfast and reception services.
When i have checked-out from the hotel ... I left my luggage and back pack to breakfast hall ( they dont have safe and locker room for luggages ) They divert you to place where you have breakfast. Bu again its not safety. My Luggage is STOLEN from the Hotel. Hotel doesnt want to take responsiblity. CCTV Cameras are every where but they dont let you to check cameras to find who store your belongings. Someone checked the cameras as she pretend so but there was nothing on the cameras as she replied.
Again its impossible to luggage escape. Maybe someone from hotel stolen my belonging back pack but they dont let me to know. They even not wish to call police. DONT GO THERE ! Think twice.
Rome has diversity near termini which means lotsa good Indian as well as Italian food and working class but good breakfast and good value for near a train station
Friendly and helpful staff”
Wifi only at the lobby, and no TV inside the room. What you see is what you get. Suitable for budget travelers.
Good location & Sanitation, Terrible WIFI”

Two stars? Really?”
We sought an inexpensive one-night hotel convenient to train station for early flight from FCO. We have stayed in 2-star hotels before and were not Not expecting much but we got less. The room had a double bed and three singles for the two of us. Rather looked like a flop house. Antiquated bath with ancient fixtures and sheets for towels. Night stands wouldn't be accepted for resale at Salvation Army. Moved one closer to bed and found trash beneath it. Breakfast (coffee and 1 roll) starts 7:30-ish. Be aware of additional €3 charge per person payable at check in.
Only good location”
Room was like prison. No towel, no wifi in room, dark, dirty, noisy...
It was fine for that price (28€), but I'd like to see more clean rooms
Location near Railway station
Great location.. room is outdated
very dirty place had bed bugs all over the room.
would never recommend it!!!!! on the plus side though location great
Best location, surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops
The hotel's bathroom is so smelly, can't stand it and also there is no TV in the room. First time ever experience this.
Dreadful hotel - terrible value for money”
Very disappointing. Inflexible staff. you get a room with only beds (no other furniture). Only one power point. No wifi unless you are a couple of metres from the reception desk. Not a bad location - and to be fair Rome is stupidly greedy and expensive. But there MUST be be better deals than this.
