              早餐的菜色非常棒,飯店的特約計程車狠心收費合理
              進到的這個飯店店的第一眼是一台百年歷史的馬車,進入飯店內的迴廊裝飾著許多關於印度宗教的文物擺飾,早餐的菜色非常棒,飯店的特約計程車很新收費合理。Chennai地區因為缺電常跳電,但是飯店有柴油發電機,在跳電過後1分鐘之內可以恢復供電。

              Value of money hotel. 30 mins taxi ride from airport. Room is very spacious but needs a refurbish and had a musky smell.. Had lunch at in the restaurant, was just average.

              hopeless and third class hotel”
              might be 50 yrs old structure. need to close down service as and go for complete renovation. We get room on 4th floor. and lift is always out of order. room smelling pest control. 25 yrs old flushing system which was not get operated by young kids also. Full leakage on room calling. bath room like public toilet. dirty swimming pool and bad odour water. reception was doing argument while check-in. We booked room with free breakfast still they charge 500rs. overall don't go on photography shown on web site. agoda is misleading ppl. by showing old photograph. not worth for 500rs per day also. I never recomend this hotel at free of cost also.

              Needs urgent attention to some details”
              The interior of the rooms and facilities do not seem to have been refreshed since the 80s. The hotel will benefit from a refurbishment. The toilets are very outdated , in dire straits needing repairs. For example the bathtub at Room 421 was cracked up at the floor and needs to be replaced immediately before someone is injured by being cut on his/her feet. The breakfast buffet was rather disappointing too - some lesser hotels have better choice and taste of food. All over the hotel there was a strong smell of diesel and insect repellent - would be more refreshing if some more pleasant smell was used by the hotel.

              The room we stayed was heritage room-it was big and comfortable.The staff were very helpful except on the 2nd night when I called 3 times for assistance when the TV was not working they kept telling the disruption was due to works being carried out.The next day I happened to see the maintenance man who said there was no such thing.The switch was turned off in the room and that's all.The buffet was good but could improve on the meat dishes.

              A very decent place”
              It's more on the side of posh hotel. The room was spacious and the property is well maintained. They serve decent breakfast. A very safe place to stay and explore. However, typical to Chennai, the surroundings get deserted as night sets in possibly because that's how the city is or may be this place is more closer to business district. The property has lots of sports play facilities but our stay was short and we didn't have time to explore those. If you don't mind spending a little bit more for a comfortable and safe stay, you should consider it and it is still not as expensive as 5-star hotels.
