the room was very old , the people in the front desk have no much knowledge about tours or familiar with the area , when i paid with my credit card . they did not want to give me a receipt because the printer was disconnected , the breakfast was good and good service , in the morning not hot water for the shower , we have to wait more than 30 minutes for hot water , the pictures in the web are very convenient , i can not recommend this Hotel , i was there June 3 for about 5 days .

Limited English speaking staff. Good breakfast but get there early. We went late one morning and it wasn't restocked. Comfortable beds and great daily cleaning service. Shower was either too hot or too cold- Very hard to get the temperature right. Like everywhere in Peru, it is a little noisy.
