设计很特别，很好拍照”
房间优美简单。一层就一间套房，所以电梯需要拍卡。泳池分几个部分可以去逛逛，部分有几个主题可以去取景装逼拍照。很特点，只是会感觉很混乱，太多个观景点在楼上。会再去回顾，价格公道，蛮喜欢的装潢。

第一天泳池不能游，但是小孩子的可以游，因为下雨没有带孩子们去游泳。隔一天早上去到泳池竟然关闭了。lazt spa又关闭，还有那个红红的建筑物也是关着，两天都没看它开过~

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The parking lot is very narrow and messy. There is a smell of smoke in the room and cannot be disperse. The environment and floor are dirty, many are not open, and the swimming pool has not been open. 这是我住过的最糟糕的地方。停车场非常狭窄和凌乱。 房间里有一股烟味，无法驱散。 环境和地板很脏，很多都没有开放，游泳池也没有开放。

Nice place & futuristic”
Me and my family enjoyed my visit there. The place is so beautiful with lots of attractive place and design. As it's private service apartments u have to bring your access card along. Since I only received 1 card we have to move in groups of 9 ppl in time. They supposed to give extra access card. I'm renting 2 rooms whereby it's actually sharing apartment. Luckily no outsiders happened to rent room in our apartment. Coz its off peak time. So for those who wants more privacy I would recommend the studio. The receptionist very nice, explained in very detailed. My visit during off peak so we got no difficulties at all n not many people around. The lift a bit complicated so pls listen carefully when the receptionist explain to u. Food stall also just nearby. U can have dinner there. Price is ok n I love the sabahan chicken BBQ. Water cleanliness should be prioritized. Pls clean regularly since too many people love to go there. We are having fantastic time here!

A Perfect Staycation”
Arte property is not something new for us. We have stayed in Penang Arte previously and it was the same experience we had here in Ampang. It gave us the feel of a great stay at your own door step. The only down side of it was the utensils for cooking was not provided thus we had to opt from cooking and order Grab food instead. Can be improve by providing some utensils for cooking so that customers can prepare meals instead of going out. It was a bit pack and traffic was unorganized during peak hours. So we were held up for some time upon going in to check-in as well to check-out. Can be improve much better by providing waiting area for cars and bikes elsewhere instead of the front entrance. Overall, had the most amazing stay cation and will surely plan for a house party the next round. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a great place to host a house party.

Money well spent staying at Afflexia. Their service was very good and I was served by a helpful staff, her name was Hana. Our room was spotlessly clean but the view of the room could be better. Overall we really enjoyed the stay here and even decided to extend another night of our stay.

We came for the facilities featured. We were truly satisfied with the pool, Lazy River, Super Gym, Floating garden and Swedish garden. The suite was nicely designed, we love staying in, and only went out once for food. Our suite had microwave oven, fridge and washing machine, which was very convenient for our 2 night stay. Since this suites is new, all fixtures works fine & furniture in great condition. Lift service could be challenging during peak seasons. After all, this is a high building, so we had lots of waiting for the lift.

Nice lobby waiting area and we were served very professionally by the staff. The area can get confusing but luckily the staff provided us a map and guided us on how to explore the area - the explanation was clear and easy to understand. Room was clean and staff provided extra towels and amenities on request even late at night

Staff was helpful during check in. The elevator system was quite confusing in the beginning. They should have add more Service Lifts from level R to GF as there was only 1 and it was quite packed during check out on a sunday during school holidays. The facility was really nice and the interior design was beautiful. Good for pictures. Room was comfy and clean. The 2 bedroom was very comfortable for 4 people. Everything was in good condition. Over all it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this place and plan for another staycation.

Great value for money. Doesn't cost much considering the services and amenities offered. We came to celebrate our anniversary and the staffs were kind enough to decorate the room really nicely for us.
