BEST STAY”
This stay is value for money. Definitely would come again to stay here. Very clean home. Owner give a proper instruction during check in. There were no issue if followed the instruction carefully. I think management of Arte Plus should be more concern in term of cleanliness of their swimming pool. I already acknowledge regarding there is no wifi at the property so be ready with your own data if you want to watch netflix or youtube in television.

I love this place. Enough said. Convenient walk to KLCC, nice bathroom (though I think the showers need an upgrade), homely breakfast options. The upper bunk is a bit too high, request for lower bunk if possible.

The House is fantastic”
The house is great, i came with my friend to do some celebration and the hous decoration is so modern and suits to us for do some additional decorations. Worth of money but if the host can provide us 2 acces card is even better. We want to supprise our friend and quite hard to do some surprise event because i need to pick her up at the entrance. But overall the hospitality is great and amazing!

Good place for family and kids”
Value wise, yes. You get 2 queen bed for the that price. Location wise, its a bit quite far from KLCC and LRT. Very clean place, and the place is quite big for us 2 adult and 2 kids. You can go to the "viral" places to take photos although we didn't get much time to visit them all due to our kids (pfft). The staff is easy to contact for check-in. Somehow, the parking space provided is far from the lift, like really far. Also, the lift situation is quite complicated where you need to go for interchange to another lift to reach you house. Anyway, great place to stay.

Nice place for a staycation!”
We stayed here just to have a short escape after months being at home. We didn't get to enjoy the facilities as it was still closed but this place is amazing. It has a private lift, the facilities are mind blowing with its unique architecture. This house specifically is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people, and additional 1 at the couch.

The toilet bowl clogged and the pressure for flush to low...take 1 hour to clearing the toilet bowl..kindly do maintenance on yr toilet because the pipe also already broken..

Bad coverage in terms of line and internet”
Booked the place as I have a 3 days event at KLCC which is 15-20 mins away, read instruction given carefully to avoid any difficulties. Coverage was bad but bearable. Other than that, we had a good stay! Thanks

Great residence/hotel But a horrible facilities”
The place is great but the facilities is horrible and a fcking nightmare. Where else would you get a place that make you wait 2-3 hours for a damn lift? Arte Plus is the answer,guys.. I would advise you to bring along a camping tent and gear for you to camp infront of the lift. We come to check in around 4.30pm and only get the lift to our place around 6.30pm..can you imagine it guys? Sure the price is affordable but the suffering that comes along with that price is horrible. Stay away from this place for the time being till they fix the lift problem

Have Pro & Cons”
Pro: The Room is super comfy, clean and the appliance is well equipped. The best place to have a small party like bachelorette party among your friends. Cons: There are no TV access, no internet (as the line is not good up there ). The lift is too complicated and slow as there are only 1 lift for each of the attractions. I had to wait for the lift for 1/2 hour just to go to the Lazy River Spa, then I gave up. The reason I choose here is because of the pool/attractions. But I cant even go to the pool as there are too many people for a pool of that size. Overall, THE ROOM/SUITE is the best one so far.

No wifi & bad shower experience!”
This place is not suitable for family with young children & older people. It took 10 minutes to reach in front of the home door since too many lifts & ways need to go through. This place is not a friendly enviroment for us. The host has not replied msg when I said shower head is not working well, we can’t take bath in a proper & suitable condition. Plus wifi password given was not valid! TV can’t be used since no astro or netflix channel provided. No internet access. Would not recommend this place to friends & family.

Cheap but poor location ”
Pros: -Big and clean unit -nicely decorated unit -comfortable beds Cons: -poor location, nearby industrial areas -not much eateries nearby -grabfood and foodpanda choices are super super less - the WORST is the LIFT!! Super slow lift and always full. Complicated lift system, they have the normal lift and private lift which we have to walk around searching for our own lift and it takes forever. -carpark quite complicated and narrow as you enter up. In summary, if you don’t mind waiting the lift and if you have car to travel around this place is suitable for you as the price is affordable and the unit is nice and clean. If you are impatient and have no car to travel around, this place is a no no for you!

First & Last”
Not recommended for a group of family to stay. Process of check in and check out was very confusing. Check in guide provided by the host was not correct. Our car park lot was taken by someone else and we had to park in other tenant lot, which our car was clamped. Not enough lift provided to cater people who stay there. Some level have to access with specific lift, hence we waited for such a long time to get into the lift. All in all, it was not a value for money and this will be our first and last stay in this property
