It is a good hotel. But the service should develop more. Since we send the email before living more than two month. We spent our honeymoon which I think it was a special journey for us. We emailed the hotel which wanted a one bed room. They can directly tell us whether they had or did not have. If they do not have we maybe can choose others instant of living in two single bed room. But even we emailed them earlier enough, the first night still gave us two single bed room. Also, I did not receive any apologize for this situation, instant of staff tell us their email do not promise me they have. It is our problem. I am really anger for this explanation. The good thing is they help us transfer the second day to one bed room. The facility and view is really good enough. So, since I am really care about the service, it was just ok for me. Thanks.
