2間房間冷氣漏水（不是滴水那麼簡單），冷氣出事，風筒壞了，當天已馬上通知，客服回覆說會馬上叫人來修冷氣及換風筒，最終，好彩一台冷氣沒事，但隔房的另一台又出事，且風筒是沒有換過的。

Average stay with patchy customer service”
Cons: Upon entering the apartment at around 4pm, cleaning staff were seen lying on the sofa. Apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. Cracked wineglass, spoilt dining chair, chandelier in living room has only one light bulb working. One of the ensuite toilet has a very strong pee smell. We tries flushing often but to no avail. Backdoor is faulty and we had difficulty locking after throwing rubbish. Customer service from Plush proceed to ignore my whatsapp message after i request for someone to come and take a look. We finally manage to lock after sort of lifting the door slightly. Plush has to readjust their official checkout time. We manage to agree on 1130am after some haggling but it was 10am officially. Way way too early. Pros: location is quite good for shopping. Checking in and out is a breeze. Apartment is good size, good for large groups. Cleanliness is ok except for above. There is filtered water.
