Best amongst worse”
This is the second time of my visit here. Still got back the same room with noisy water refilling non-stop noise. Much worse is the room is located underneath the staircase, which is noisy when someone open up the gate of staircase and going through. The killing part is the morning staff without common sense - talking phone early in the morning 9am with maxed out loud speaker. So annoyingly noisy and woke me out of sleep. Can continue with the phone call with loud speaker for hours! Ridiculous! I would certainly not going back here for the third time, if i have other better option.

Didnt change the bedsheet”
I paid for RM50+ for a night. Ive stayed there for 5nights due to the price rate and near to my workplace. First time i enter the room, its full of smoke odor. Then i opened the window and got used to it. While laying down, i can smell saliver near the pillow. Its disturbing me! That night im so lazy to go down, and i covered the pillow with scarf. But stillllllllll i can smell the saliva! The next day i asked for a pillow case change, the housekeeper took both pillows and brought them to the other room and he closed the door. I can hear that he sprayed the pillow sheets. And after less than 2mins, he returned the pillow with good smell and wet-sprayed pillow + case. For only 2hrs the saliva came back! Its the worst nightmare ever. I have to sleep with saliva smell for 5 nights. Im tired of asking to change the sheet many times as the housekeeper just spray it and do nothing! I covered the pillow with 5diff layers of clothes to get rid of the smell! If u wanna stay there, think twice!

Limited Options”
Limited options to choose for a good accommodation in this area had led me to choose this hotel. I don't blame the staff for their poor customer service knowing they are just a budget hotel operating in suburb area but I guess basic respect is something that everybody has to practice. The gesture, expression as well as their voice tone were uninviting at all. Nevertheless, the room was quite comfy and spacious although at most parts cleanliness need / can be improved further.
