Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: - At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 100 metres. - At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right. - Walk straight on for about 80 metres, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street. -- The property looks out on a narrow side-street, which branches off from the main street. This side-street might be a bit hard to find for a first-time guest. We strongly recommend printing out the map or the pictures in this page in advance.

特色就是榻榻米”
该酒店位于一个不起眼的巷道里，跟着谷歌走没问题。酒店应该有些年份了，设施较陈旧。睡的是日本特色的榻榻米，入住后工作人员很热情的带着我们到了房间，交待一些相关信息后，教我们自己铺榻榻米。

原本看評論說沒電梯，退房時員工不會幫忙搬行李下樓（入住時會幫忙搬上樓）但我們遇到的女內將不但幫忙搬上樓還幫忙搬下樓，真的太不好意思了，因為真的很重，媽媽也住的很開心，雖沒提供早餐，但可每天跟民宿說要吃早餐（只要400日幣），可以到合作餐廳吃早餐，吃完立刻可出發遊玩，很方便

It’s near to the station, and very convenient for everything. Room is clean and big, quiet in the night. However, there is no elevator in the hotel, staff helped me to put my suitcase in my room, so I don’t need to carry it up and down myself.

Good for the price”
It was decent for the price. Although some of the walls on the room had stains on them the rest was clean. There is 24hr checkin and the staff are very nice. There is no hot water for the tap which was a shame. Location was close to the train station

Poor room,small room , poor service when we check in, room was really old, got a smell in room. Only stair case to go up with heavy luggage. Won't recommend.

Nice cosy hotel near shinjuku. But this hotel is at the Korean street side of shinjuku. But you need to explore a Bit. About 20 min or less you can cut a rise to shinjuku. Nice hotel tuck rite in the neighbour area. Friendly staffs.

Fantastic Ryokan in CBD area”
The room is super and clean, all facilities are well equiped. Staff are very kind and helpful. Location is only one station next to Shinjuku and lots of grocery stores around this area.
