This place offers most value for money. Great location, very near to KLCC. Plus free parking and vey near eateries. Its a pokestop location too. Will definitely recommend it to others and will come again. thumbs up!

Check-in we get room at level 7 and it was unsatisfied for us due to not so clean, very sticky, old tv, air cond not function. We call reception to complain the air-cond problem and they offer us to change room to 9th floor immediately @ 1.30am and the hotel staff pass the key direct to our room very fast. During change I left my hand bag where have my purse and gold rings & my Nikon camera which expensive in that previous room. Due to very tired and late night change room, I didn’t realize about it. I only realize my bag not with me on the next day at 11am and a hour before my check out time. The staff so good and very2 honest, I call reception to inform about my bag but the staff send my things to my room once receive my phone calls. They also wait and ask to check where all my things is there. First I taught it’s not suit to stay there due to night club next to hotel but I’m happy with their good service.

The staff is friendly and helpful. You can't expect much facilities or sophisticated ones, but basics for any room like simple toilet & shower with hot water, toiletries, wifi, comfortable bed, wardrobe, chair, makeup table with chair, tv and small fridge, 2 bottled water, kettle, coffee and tea are all there. A nice and cozy room, just that if you go there during peak hours like in the evening where people coming back from work or Friday evening, around 5 to 7pm, the road can be quite congested, be prepared to face the traffic jam.

the location is perfect, you can go to pavilion via the nearest airwalk, convention centers and suria KLCC are near. hungry middle of the night can always go down to eat at the bar and restaurant that are near to it the cons are the AC is not adjustable and there is no mini fridge

Although the location is just around the corner, walking distance in fact to everywhere in the city center, be warnes though that the nightlife of the city smacks at the very heart of the hotel. There is a disco pub somewhere in the building and the hotel itself caters to short time stay. The staff however are all kind, accommodating and the room where we stayed is very clean.
