Good Value for Money”
Will surely be back again. The restaurant food was excellent and the rooms were clean.
You get what you pay for”
I really did not have any expectation with this hotel because I got a very good rate the room is small and the lighting is kinda like what you will epoxy in a motel
The stay was great except that my room does not have a closet and the wifi-signal is close to zero. It was not revealed in the Agoda site that the standard B room does not have a closet. This was unexpected. Cacao should make it clear in Agoda booking that the standard B room does not have a closet.
value for money. great location. nice place”
overall it was a nice place to stay in. the only problem is the wifi coverage. some rooms wifi can reach, some cannot.
Ill just recommend that the blankets int he hotel room be changed to comforters. that is all
It was nice and comfortable
Hotel near Centris”
Overrated hotel ”
No one to help you with your luggage. Except for informing you the need to make a 500 security bond nobody tells you anything.Details about breakfast coupon where and what time it will be served, the hallways do not have signs informing which way to your room number.wifi is weak inside the room that is if you can find the password inside the room because they do not voluntarily tell you that.last and most shocking is that a mr Ariel (marketing) say they do not issue receipts nor statement that you are cleared of any charges / completely settled your bills if you booked through agoda.. Weird ! By the way don't be surprise to find baby cockroaches in the room
quaint fusion hotel”
limited food choice but delicious korean Filipino fusion nice interiors no comforter in bed so it's kinda cold in the evenings near a karaoke bar- negative points
excellent customer service”
Best location for visiting our daughter studying at UP. Staff very helpful in providing free printing, email and calling services to fix the error in our flight bookings. They also allowed our daughter to checkin ahead of us. Food was also sumptuous. Highly recommended.
Everything is just great. I really enjoyed my staying.
Cool and comfy place”
the best in quezon city!
Affordable, clean and new, good breakfast”
great and good value for money
Weekend well spent!”
Good! Just what you need after a very tiring week. Airconditioned and clean room with cable tv. Chillax!
Stayed only one night at Cacao. I considered extending it, depending on how much we liked it. I didn't extend. The location is good. Near the main roads, and MRT station. There's a grocery and cafe right in front of it. However, if there's a huge downpour, I think there's a risk that one can get stranded. The main roads leading to it can get under water. The room is clean, although small. I should've expected it since it's a budget hotel. The hotel is relatively new, so everything looks nice. However, there's only a sheet for a blanket; not the usual comforter. It became quite uncomfortable and inconvenient when it gets cold. Which means, getting up to lower the temperature. They have buffet breakfast, which is just ok. It has Filipino, and Korean dishes.. but not much for Westeners. Staff is friendly.
nice but with much room for improvement ”
The stay was uneventful. Nothing spectacular, really. I just wish that the room they gave me had a closet and the bathroom a soapdish to hold the toiletries. I was horrified to see the sink beside the bed instead of inside the bathroom. The bidet was also awkwardly placed. The Cable TV had reception problems with much of the channels having poor picture quality. Suggestion: for visitors checking out early and will not be able to eat the breakfast that they paid for, maybe the hotel can have the food prepared for take out.
Relaxing place and very accessible”
Relaxing, feel very safe. I definitely recommend this place for those who are looking for a place to stay in Quezon City.
Check in was fast even if they required Php500 as security deposit. I arrived at night so I was surprised and a little creeped out with the hallway lighting that was reminiscent of "The Shining" (red lights). Or, was this hotel meant for couples' alone time? Anyway, the hallway is creepy at night I hope they change the lights. The disappointing part was the check out. After the required wait while they checked the room, the front desk told me I could go but since I have become a stickler for receipts I asked for mine. She was surprised and totally unprepared. She called another person to do the receipt. Very weird situation. The hotel is like 8-stories high and they don't regularly issue receipts?? Anyway, they gave me one so I'll let that go. The next disappointment came when I was in my car (after check out), prepared to back out into the street but I waited for the guard to call the owner of the car directly behind me. I waited for 15 minutes and then asked both the front desk and the guard why it was taking so long. They said the owner was on the way down already. But then I overheard the guard say the wrong license plate of the other car and so I realised if he has the wrong plates then there was actually no human being who was physically "on their way" to let me through. Why lie? I waited long enough surely I could wait longer if they were just honest. Anyway, it turned out the driver of the car was not checked in but had a meeting at the hotel restaurant. Staff/guard should have been more attentive. An apology would have been nice.
Excellent , and always felt at Home
