Good location and worth to stay”
The hotel near to Pantai Cheras hospital which is very convenient. Hotel is old but well maintained. Room is spacious. Breakfast still have room to improve. Finding food outside is convenient too.

Old hotel lack of facilities”
Check in after 6pm. Check in greeted pleasantly by the front counter. Ask the front counter desk if we wish to extend for extra night with the same charges will it be ok? Replied not a problem. But the following day when ask for extension, ask us to re-book once more and the price is not the same as previous night. Causing alot of hassle for us to pack and relocated to another hotel. Once walk into the room, the design and outlook are out dated. TV remote not working properly. Water kettle with residue and leaking. Request for an exchange of water kettle and duly noted. But not the TV remote control. Shower cream smell weird and it take alot of water to clean up as it is so sticky. Requested for 2 twin sharing but ended up given a super king size bed. Breakfast provided but in a set not buffet style. Overall, it is only the location that makes the different. Otherwise, it is a turn down. Will not avoid in the future if there is a better hotel around Tesco Ampang area.

Affordable 3 star hotel”
Overall stay was ok. Just that no deposit safe which could be troublesome and also no hair dryer. But you pay for what you get. Hotel is quite tidy and clean, just a tad old. Don’t expect much from the price you pay.

Mostly stay when I come to cheras Surrounded with many restaurants and food stalls Free parking overnight at hotel basement Cheaper and worth to price for the room But overall is good for short stay Only few minutes distance to Ulek which located with alots of foods

Worst Service”
It’s was bad experienced staying in this hotel! We found a blood stain on the pillow cover , the blanket was dirty and made our body feel itchy!!The washroom also not really cleaned well..overall everything is not satisfied for what we are paying and we decide to check out one the same day..The staffs at the counter not even greet the guest not even smile just kept the face like maiiigood so terrible!!!! Not attentive at all! We will definitely wont recommend to anyone!!! Poor Service! Just waste of my money

Must be prompt when request to clean up the room. And need not customer to request repeatedly then only does the housekeeping. Delayed for 7 hours to do so.
