酒店并没有照片上看到的那么富丽堂皇，房间也没有照片上的大~~但是也没有到失望的地步。酒店略显老旧，但房间还算干净整洁。旁边就是人民公园，走几步就是达沃市中心，地理位置还算优越，性价比高~~~

方便的飯店”

飯店位置應該是Davao最熱鬧的區域吧?! 設備正如一般的飯店 稱不上是"精品" 反正就是一個方便 若不想花費太多費用在住宿上 算是還可以 比較不喜歡的是房間內舖地毯 感覺上不是很乾淨

The presidential suite is great value for what it's worth”

We stayed at three different hotels and Casa Leticia wins the best-value-for-money award considering the price and room size. We greatly appreciated the staff's efficiency. The flush and hot water were not working when we arrived but they fixed it within an hour of being notified about it. Only gripe is the breakfast was limited and repetitive, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're willing to walk around the block where you can find several meal options. Try the puto and other rice cakes sold by the vendor in front of People's Park entrance, which is right across the hotel. :)

The room is clean, staff are friendly, food is ok so is the breakfast buffet but suggests to refill it soon especially when it's only 730 am in the morning.

I traveled with my family and I can say that we are really satisfied with their service, facilities, food and their staffs. Location of the hotel is accessible to all tourist spots as well as to the business establishment.

it was a nice hotel. clean and up to par. it has a park just across the hotel that the kids could play. there are restaurants and convenience stores surrounding the hotel so its easy if you need to buy amenities. checking in took longer than expected. amenities for presidential suite should also include a toothpaste/toothbrush set. hot shower doesnt work in the presidential suite. but other than that it was a good hotel for a mini vacay for families.

Comfort and Accessibility”

The hotel is in front of People's park, with resto around and available taxi, also jeepneys nearby. Although the establishment is a bit old in structure, the rooms are maintained, staffs are very accommodating and professional. For improvement, I would want to suggest bidet and elevator sensor.

Park View”

Excellent accommodating friendly staff. Great view of People's Park. Stayed in Presidential suite. Very nice. Centrally located, Gaisano Mall right around the corner as well as numerous eateries and 7 Eleven few steps away.

Always love the place for its location and value for money”

There was a seminar in the coffee shop so we have to take our breakfast in the room. Few choices however unlike in the coffee shop where you can have a refill of your coffee, water and choices of food

Good hotel”

Old hotel but very accessible. Just in front of people’s park. Near to pasalubong center. Great buffet breakfast but not on sundays
